We were privileged to be guests of the Taj Falaknuma Palace for three nights and were welcomed by the staff with a service orientation, friendliness and attentiveness that is hard to beat. Arrival by horse-drawn carriage in front of the palace, reception with Indian sparkling wine in a historic library, briefing in a charming room with garden view that left nothing to be desired. Both of the Palace's restaurants offer outstanding cuisine. The breakfast buffet in the morning left nothing to be desired with three live cooking stations. The live entertainment by musicians in the evening in the garden as well as palace tours and tea ceremony gave us the feeling of being the center of interest and attention of the hotel staff at all times. The following staff looked after our well-being in the most pleasant way: SAROJ (Restaurant) MOUNKA (Monika, Wellness), VAIBHAV (apprentice), GEETAH (apprentice), Aabid SHAIK (Duty ***ager)

I got to stay here for a couple of days on my business trip. I really liked the hospitality and ambience of the hotel and front office staff were very friendly and cooperative especially sal*** was helpful during my stay. I must thank him for the cooperation. He helped us with the early check in and completely took care of us. Will visit soon again. Hotel got excellent staff including housekeeping staff .thank you park for the wonderful stay. Looking forward to visit 😀
