The best SPA we have experienced on holiday, so good we visited it THREE times. Excellent treatment, great staff. Prices are good too. Can’t recommend the SPA enough Let’s start with the positives about the hotel in general: Friendly staff especially Mehmet and Rabia Spacious room Excellent shower The fruit is outstanding Television that has English Channels BBC1, ITV, Channel 4 and 5 Great fridge - restocked with beer, water and soft drinks everyday Great balcony Comfortable bed Great swimming pool Good cocktails Very good air conditioning Very clean hotel The one time they did baked potatoes which were very good (had to stop them putting butter and cheese on mine) The salad bar was good The cheese was good (even with no biscuits for the cheese) Let’s do the negatives now Food is cooked in so much oil, it destroys the taste of the food . Why so much oil, even rice and vegetables that should be boiled are drown with oil? We eat out of the hotel on several occasions because of this. They wanted to put oil in my Greek feta salad - no way was that happening Curtains in the room was not bigger enough to cover the whole window Overcrowded pool area - you can’t have a private conversation around the pool If you are under 6ft, you cannot stand up in the pool Lack of storage in room Only decaf instant coffee available must you request it before arriving at the hotel, the same goes for alternative milks. We found a proper coffee shop in town that did proper decaf coffee with alternative milk Only one visit for the A La carte which was a few tables by the pool. Only available until 2nd October. Have been to better A La carte in other hotels in proper indoor dining area and not by the pool
