"I received a warm welcome. Everything was modest but clean, though the rooms were a bit dated. It's located in the city center, right next to a wonderful, active monastery where you can take a walk and listen to the beautiful singing of the monks during morning prayers in a church with excellent acoustics. The breakfasts were good. My only complaint was the synthetic bedding; I had to sleep on towels because I can't stand synthetics. But I suppose that's the trade-off for such an affordable hotel. I liked the staff team."

"Excellent hotel. Close to the airport. You can even walk there. Clean. The mattress is comfortable. There's a kettle, tea, and water. All disposable toiletries are provided. There's a fridge with snacks for a fee. There's a cafe. They cooked a delicious meal there! Overall, I definitely recommend it!"

"The location is good, only a 7-minute drive away. The people are nice, but the sound insulation in the room on the second floor is very poor. When people wash dishes on the first floor, it sounds like they're rattling spoons right in your room, which really hurts the quality of sleep, especially when I only had 5 hours to sleep. It's hard to fall asleep in such an environment; I only managed to drift off once everyone else was asleep. The bathroom is another story; the shower is difficult to regulate, and there's a persistent sewer smell that just won't go away, which also detracts from the hotel experience!"

"Hotel is a bit old, but at a good location. We came during winter, the heating was not very sufficient. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly. We were given free car park but it's located in another building and handling luggage was a bit hassle, and you will still need to climb stairs even though there is a lift."

"We stayed for three nights in the best hotel in town, in the room with the best view. Although this new hotel was built 10 years ago, it is well maintained, although it has aged in some areas. You can see Ararat Mountains directly in front of you, but unfortunately a large building was built a few years ago, hiding the peak of Ararat Mountain. The three sons, all 28 years old and fluent in English, run the business. Once you see the palace, there's nothing to do the next day, but they took us by car to a place where you could see Ararat Mountains. The hospitality is excellent."

"The sound insulation in the room was terrible. The room assigned to me faced the main road, and even with earplugs on, I was woken up by the noise at night. I tried to contact Trip.com to coordinate a room change and early check-out, but neither was successful, as Trip.com kept saying they couldn't get in touch with the hotel. When I went to the front desk myself to negotiate, they refused to change my room, and even paying extra for an upgrade wasn't allowed. There was also an issue with the air conditioning; it was broken and the temperature couldn't be adjusted. It seemed to be a central heating issue, as the room stayed around 28°C. Turning the AC to cooling mode only made it hotter. The only way to lower the temperature slightly was to open the window for ventilation, but that just made it even noisier—no different from sleeping right on the street. If you declined housekeeping, they wouldn't provide complimentary bottled water. When I called to ask for some, they sounded quite reluctant, and later, realizing I was staying alone, they only gave me one single bottle of water. A truly disappointing experience."
