We had a very tranquil time in this beautiful, peaceful riad. Mustapha was a very kind and gracious host. We only had one night in Tiznit, and this was the perfect plan to rest. The rooms and shared bathroom were clean and immaculately kept. The breakfast was also tasty and filling. We highly recommend.

This is the perfect place to stay in Tiznit.I arrived early morning from Dakhla and the kind owner-Mustafa-checked me in and provided me with breakfast.I was given a whole suite of rooms at no extra charge-a bedroom with three beds,a huge living room and a bathroom. The room was very clean and sleep quality was excellent.I want to mention the staff-the owner Mustafa,Aicha and Mbarke....Mustafa was kind enough to recommend a good silver shop in the Medina-my chief reason for returning to Tiznit where I had been the previous year....The on-site restaurant was excellent and I had both breakfast and dinner there while I stayed....Top class...10 out of 10.

Booked accomodation with a private bathroom but not provided however we had an ensuite restaurant, yes we had to walk past dining customers to go to the toilet, good job I didn't have diarrhoea, and an insecure bedroom. All is not as it appears at this place. Hidden behind the masks we experienced deception and racism. Upon departure I had 200 Dirham snatched from my hand by Aisha. We moved to Mirleft and for less money we had an entire apartment with a beutiful view from the balcony. I can relate to the past poor reviews. The decor is very nice but the monster masks are grotesque.

I spent two nights at this lovely Riad in early January of this year. The Riad is in the Medina but conveniently located near the main streets for public transport.I had booked a room at the Riad but when I arrived the lovely host Mostafa gave me an entire suite at no extra charge. This room was extra large, very clean and attractive. The food served at the Riad was top class and I had dinner there on both nights.Breakfast was excellent and all meals were served in the lovely courtyard. The staff really make this place stand out.I want to mention the hosts Mostafa and Aicha and also Mbarke and Laila.Mostafa was kind enough to recommend an excellent silver shop on my first day and to drive me to the grand taxi stand on the morning I was leaving...This place is top class...10 out of 10.

If you want to get a feel for how Moroccans traditionally live, than there is no better place than this Riad, e.g., rooms encircling an open space. Each of the rooms and the common areas have been carefully curated to give the traveler a visceral experience of the beauty, color, shapes, designs, etc. that are the hallmark of what makes Morocco such an enduring destination. If you like 'new', than this is not the place for you. If you appreciate culture and tradition than you have found a home in the true sense of that word. I have done a lot of traveling in Morocco and this Riad is rare and remarkably affordable. Staying here will be an experience that you will carry with you for a long time to come. Both Aicha and Mustapha, the owners, are gentle, exceedingly helpful, gracious and seemingly always available! They can help you with what to see, price checks on items you might want to buy, history of the area and just general interesting conversation. Plus they make the best cafe au lait I've had in Morocco, and WiFi is readily available! Being a nervous sort, I was concerned about getting to the right grand taxi place when it was time to leave. Mustapha actually drove me to it. It is hard to find that kind of hospitality and kindness in our world today. The Riad is located down the street from a main square. As a solo traveler I appreciated this because I so easily get lost in Moroccan medinas. I never worried if I would be able to find my way back. Being in the medina itself also contributed to an experience of life as it is lived by Moroccans today and in the past. You walk not just past shopkeepers, but those who supply the shops with handmade goods like shoes and clothing. One other thing I really appreciated about Tiznit in general is the lack of pressure to buy. For the first time since I've been in Morocco I could relax, take my time, look at things without the constant pressure to make a purchase. I do plan to return to Tiznit and I feel as if I have made two friends there. I am so grateful to have discovered this Riad and Aicha and Mustapha. You will be too!
