Great stay in this beautiful hotel centrally located in Igls... staff very friendly and helpful...easy walking distance to gondola or can jump on J bus right out front to head into Innsbruck... you must pre purchase bus ticket which can be done in small shop opposite via stop... we were half board and breakfast options and evening meal were delicious and plentiful... would definitely stay here again if visiting the Tirol or Innsbruck.

Love, love, love this place. We stayed in the older part with super large rooms. There were four twin beds in our room and a balcony. The room had vaulted ceiling and modern washroom. The towels were nice and fluffy and the pillows were big and fluffy. Downstairs in the dining room, the meal was awesome with great selection and reasonable prices. There is a small bar which is homey and reasonably priced. Friendly, helpful staff.

We have just had a fantastic stay at Bon Alpina skiing at patscherkofel. The hotel is lovely - spacious,clean rooms with a balcony and very comfortable beds :) the pool is also very nice to come back to after a day on the slopes! The free bus to the ski area is very easy and reliable :) All the staff are lovely and friendly especially Monika on reception who greeted us with a smile and some chocolate for our daughter every afternoon. Thanks for a lovely stay we would love to cime

Some rooms do not have elevators and the hotel’s staff will not help you To go to the rooms you have to pass thru the restaurant Waiters in the restaurant are arrogant and not helpful They receive many group tours and do not have capacity in their breakfast room

Stayed for the week through Heidi Ski, Nice clean room,overlooking the Church, and nearby to a few cafes and bars. Friendly and helpful staff which made me feel like one of the Family, Where nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent, with good coffee and tea, and plenty of variety of hot and cold food something for everyone. Fabulous Sauna,Steam room, and a 2 person Infrared healing cubicle, and a Indoor pool which leads to outside swimming, Could do with a cold water dispenser. Bus stops outside for the Patschetkofel ski lift which isn’t far away from the hotel. No complaints at all, you won’t get this much for the cost anywhere else, I would gladly stay here again

the holiday was going so well we booked with ingams and stayed here at there recommedtion the food was great we had a asigned a table which you had for your whole holiday but then it all changed we were moved to a another table geust its musical chairs or they need more room!!!!! and when you order coke its half fanta and coke i hope i get a resopse from bon alpina so you can make your own mind up

Smokers paradise!! All rooms, hallways, closets, dining area and elevators smelled like cigarette smoke. We had a balcony but we couldn’t use it due to the smoke from other balconies pouring into our room at all hours. Even “no smoking” rooms allow smoking on the balconies. The staff were taking their smoke breaks right outside our windows as well. If you are allergic to smoke or have asthma this is not the place for you. Breakfast buffet was not well stocked so we missed getting even eggs or toast. We did enjoy the steam room, but sauna was not very hot and there was no place to get water in the health and fitness area.

Great location in centre of town. We had room 546, small but spotlessly clean and a traditional wooden balcony with a stunning mountain view. Food very good, and plenty of it. Limited variety on the all inclusive drinks menu but you can open your wallet and pay for premium drinks if you feel restricted Staff very professional and friendly. Pool was lovely and warm both inside and outside. They provide pool towels. Get the J bus or the tram 6 into Innsbruck. Very helpful maps in hotel and the tourist information centre just over the road if you need assistance from polite and friendly staff Would definitely visit again. .

Stayed here with Cristal ski. Great location with quick bus transfer to the ski resort. Boot room really good, nice warm storage. The staff are excellent, friendly, helpful and always with a smile. The most outstanding part is the food. Morning, evening time always outstanding. If you visit Igls, you must stay here.
