"The location is fantastic, and compared to other Balkan countries, the service here left a really good impression. The room was very clean and felt incredibly reasonably priced. The hotel staff were kind; when I reported that the shampoo had run out, they brought a new one right away. The only downside was that the shower water turned cold halfway through. I hear the restaurant is also highly rated, so I'd love to try it next time."

"The room was very nice, with three beds, ideally enough for a family of four. The river view from the entrance was beautiful, though unfortunately, the ancient bridge was not visible.
The room had kitchenware, so you could cook. It was very close to the ancient bridge, and there were convenience stores nearby. Overall, I highly recommend it.
Also, don't leave the door open at night, as it's full of bugs."

The front desk can arrange a taxi to the airport for around 30 Euros, but note it's cash-only. The room itself was very spacious, and the bathtub was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a standard Western buffet, which for a Chinese guest, was just 'acceptable' rather than exceptional."

The view of the city and mountains, the location is successful but far from the Old City. Near shops, all the necessary infrastructure."

"Convenient parking, it seems to be a motel on the main road? The guy at the front desk said there was some problem with the system, and after half an hour he finally gave me a room. I was given a triple room instead of two twin rooms, which was good. The carpet in this room has a nice color and a better sense of design, which is better looking than an ordinary double room. The hotel restaurant only serves dinner after 8pm, and people are not allowed to enter before 8pm. The corridors are dark, with sensor lights. Because it is not in the city center, it is a bit dark to go downstairs. There are only two floors in total.
The pasta for dinner was super delicious! The bread for breakfast that looks like fried dough sticks and twisted dough sticks is also very delicious. The hot milk in the coffee machine seems to be a little sweet because of sugar. The cappuccino is delicious, but the milk coffee is more bitter."

On the flip side, there were issues with the shower: I had hot water just for 3 minutes in the morning, then it became lukewarm. The shower cabin didn't have a door, so taking a shower was not a pleasant experience.

StephenL09The residence apartment is fantastic. Spacious, clean, with elevator. It is in a brand new building. Just 10 minutes easy walk to the old town with sightseeing, shopping and eating.
My only suggestion to the owner is to write down the driving directions turn by turn from the main street to the parking garage which is actually very nice and safe. But the maps navigation gave me a hard time going through some narrow and chaotic streets and a residential apartments complex. In reality, the parking garage entrance is only few feet from a major artery with an easy access.

Guest UserThe room was very nice, very clean and comfortable. The navigation on Amap was wrong. This place is very close to the train station, about five minutes away. There is a sign saying ”happy apartment” at the door. Be sure to look for it, otherwise it will be hard to find. It is on the opposite side of the map.

MuhsinSWe booked the most expensive room for its bridge view. Finally, whatwe got in return was a huge wall 2 meters away from the window which is not even similar to the view and blocks everything. Later, we learned that the photos in the ad were taken from the building next door, which is currently under renovation.
Despite everything, we would like to thank the hotel staff for the taxi they provided us to reach our next stop.

It is said that it has not been remodeled for a while, the rooms are clean and well equipped with the necessary things (refrigerator, coffee machine, etc.). The staff are very friendly and I feel that they are trying to help. The atmosphere of breakfast and lobby lounge space is also good. It is also within walking distance to Stari Most and major tourist destinations. Please stay at this hotel!!

We were in Mostar during the off season and the hotel staff Ms Lela was kind enough to upgrade our room since the room we booked was on the top floor and was very small.
It would be quite difficult to carry a luggage up the stairs as they did not have any elevators and both my husband and I are over 60 yrs old.
The other lady on duty, Ms Elma was also very helpful in helping us to arrange for a taxi in Mostar and transport to Sarajevo.
The location was near the old town..easy access to walk to the old bridge. Near a big supermarket .
I would recommend Sinan Han . They are scheduled for some upgrading works and additional rooms so maybe there would be a elevator installed for easy access to the rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway. It is about a 5-minute walk from the ancient streets and bridges of Mostar. The breakfast is rich and delicious, especially the fried chicken and fried eggplant boxes, which are the specialties. The service attitude of the restaurant staff is very good and friendly to us.
The family room we booked has a large space and comfortable beds. The only drawback is that it is a bit cold and needs to be covered with a quilt.
The view of the hotel is great. You can see the lights of the ancient city at night and overlook the Neretva River Valley during the day. From the clouds and mist in the early morning to the blue sky and white clouds in the morning, the scenery is pleasant!
I strongly recommend friends who come to Mostar for free travel to stay here! Very good hotel!
