"Quiet but Small clean tidy room. Where is the kettle tea and coffee?? Service with a smile. I didn’t catch the man’s name. We checked in late, the night porter is such a happy fella. He is black and very tall and I think a personal trainer by day. Such a pleasant man."

"The hotel staff are friendly. Note that the hotel does not accept cash for payments, including the tourist tax for your stay. The hotel itself is nice, modern, and equipped with a lift. The hotel focuses on minimalism, so you won't find a closed-door wardrobe. Both the room and toilet are equipped with a heater. The bed and latex pillows are comfortable. They also provide branded Nuxe shampoo and handwash. Complimentary bottled water and coffee drinks are provided only on the first day of your stay. However, there are a few areas where the hotel fell below my expectations: No free slippers or toiletries (e.g., toothbrush and toothpaste) are provided. The water flow from the shower is weak, although still bearable. No fridge in the room. You need to request an electric kettle from the receptionist. (How much would it cost to place one in each room?) The most disappointing factor is that the air conditioner did not allow me to select ”cold” mode during my stay in mid-April—it only had ”heat” mode. Seriously? Also, if you plan to store your luggage overnight at the hotel, it won't be possible as they do not accept overnight storage. Location note: The hotel is located about 500 metres from Bruxelles-Midi / Brussel-Zuid station. It can be quite scary walking from the train station to the hotel at night, as the surrounding area is occupied by African shops and residences. This may not be convenient for female travellers. If your budget allows, I suggest staying at the Pullman, which is adjacent to the train station, especially if you need to catch an early train the next day. Otherwise, consider staying near Grand Place."

"Hotel was really close to the train station which made it very convenient to get to Ghent and Bruges. About 20mins to centre of Brussels. Clean, well kept and lives up to its 4 stars. For the price it is a steal in Brussels. Will be back again!"

"Good hotel. The room I booked was equipped with a table, dishes, and nice furniture. The bathroom, floors, and walls were a bit dated, and perhaps needed updating, but it was still nice. When I got to my room, I had to reset the TV, which had no channels."

"Breakfast: Very good, simple and healthy, appropriate food to start a day. Room: Clean and Organized, FYI: heater and aircon of the room is operated by the front desk so make sure to check it they turn it on otherwise, like me, im freezing for 2 hours when i asked them why my room is cold 😅. Staffs: they are all nice and accommodating. Just ask them anything if you need something to know. AND its a BIG PLUS they know how to convo in English! BRAVO! what i like is there is a kitchenette and coffee machine and electric kettle. I just hope that they will have a free cleaning in the room in a minimum stay or a broom and dustpan in the room. Because I stay for a week so 1 week no sweeping the floor all i can do is wipe the floor with tissue. or the towel they provide. I COMMEND one guy(bald white) sorry for my description, 😅he is really attentive to serve the breakfast. Great service! Keep it up appart city!"

"This hotel is conveniently located near Brussels' South Station, but it's not far from the hotel either, about 500-600 meters away. The airport bus stops right next to it every day. There are many shops nearby, and a Carrefour is even inside the station – very convenient indeed. Overall, I had a very good experience with this hotel."
