"Modern and very comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious and modernly furnished. Both a mini-fridge and coffee/tea facilities are available in the room. Ideal location: diagonally across from the train station (a 2-minute walk) and from the hotel, you can easily walk into the historic city center. Excellent breakfast buffet with superb cheeses. Great coffee, made fresh for you and served within a minute. Very friendly service."

"Hotel Franziskaner has the best location in the Chur old town, where is just 10 minutes walk (flat roads) from Chur Train Station which is adjacent to the Bus Station. Bus ride only takes 2 stops to the outside of the hotel. The Hotel staff gave us a Chur pass for public transportation and also some advice of where to visit. We love the breakfast. Coffee is good. Hotel staff were friendly. The window of our hotel room has good views of the old town. However, the hotel does not have an elevator and you need to carry your luggage up to your floor. My hotel room only has 2 power outlets under the bedside tables and you need to kneel down to plug in your phone for charging."

"I chose to rest in the town of Chur for one night and take the glacier train to Zermatt the next day. It was a good choice. Chur was quiet and fresh. I accidentally discovered a century-old chocolate shop and a 50-year-old glassware shop. The hotel is very convenient, a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room is large and comfortable, and you can see the beautiful scenery by opening the window"

"It was a nice place with a fantastic reception staff member who were very helpful. I saved 50 euro because of their suggestions on using the free bus service to old town, the restaurants and the station when I was leaving. A genuine attempt to help get the best of Chur. The fridge and coffee machine didn't work. I plugged the coffee machine to different power pointsvand it still didnt work! I mentioned it to the reception staff, hope they found the cause. Ask for the panoramic room upgrade. It's a great room with amazing typical 'swiss' views outside the large windows"

"Super praise, the train station walked for a few minutes, all flat luggage. The room is small but the layout is reasonable. Living in the room on the fifth floor, the slope roof, there are three roof windows that can be pushed open, and you can see the snowy mountains outside. The breakfast included is also delicious and the restaurant is well arranged."

"It is very convenient to walk to ⋯ in 7-8 from Chur Railway Station! The hotel is very clean and tidy, it is Swiss standard, a good stay experience! Warm reminder ～ Pay attention when booking, some rooms do not have bathroom equipment, that is, shared bathroom! This time I didn't pay attention when I booked the room. I realized when I checked in. Fortunately, there is still a suite, so I will increase the price immediately!"
