The location is absolutely a business traveler's dream. It's just a 2-minute walk from the high-speed train station, so no more rushing and worrying about missing your train. Being close to the university town means plenty of options for dinner and late-night snacks, with tons of food choices around. This stay was full of pleasant surprises. The hotel thoughtfully provided complimentary fruit and snacks upon check-in – such a warm touch, with attention to every detail. The front desk had a complete range of disposable toiletries, which was incredibly practical and solved the problem of forgetting essentials when traveling. I also happened to catch the room after it had been upgraded with brand new MLILY zero-pressure mattresses and pillows. The zero-pressure sleep experience was soft yet supportive; after a long day, I instantly relaxed when I lay down and slept soundly all day, with all my fatigue gone. It is close to Wanda and RT-Mart. A great accommodation choice. Moreover, when we left, we left our backpacks in the hotel room (containing valuables). On the way home, we received a call from Xiao Chang from the hotel, telling us that our backpacks were left in the hotel. We only found out that we had left more than 100 kilometers away, so we were very anxious at the time. Miss Xiao Chang immediately helped us contact the courier and sent it directly home for us, which made us feel at ease. We were very moved and grateful for her actions! I sincerely say here: Thank you Miss Xiao Chang! At the same time, it also made me feel the effect of the daily work management of Vienna Hotel (Bengbu Wanda Branch), and cultivating excellent employees is the best proof. The location is superb, just next to Yintai City, it is convenient to go shopping and eat. The coffee in the lobby is very healing, and the front desk is warm and freshly ground coffee. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was dry and wet, the breakfast was complete and the taste was not bad. The swimming pool provided by the hotel is not independent of the hotel. It is built together with a gym. The children want to swim. I went to the swimming pool in the afternoon to take a look. It was steaming hot. When I took the children there in the evening, the water temperature was cold. I can understand that you don’t plan to open it at night because there are fewer guests. The water temperature is not heated, but as a management, you clearly know this situation. You still sold us swimsuits and swimming caps before we went in. What does it mean? It is nothing more than swindling money. You also told me that the water temperature of the human body is ten degrees different. Can't I feel it? Other children who swim said that the water temperature is cold, much colder than in the afternoon.
