However, when I went to get milk, they were out. The staff cleared away the dishes quickly, and there was no wait. There was freshly cooked he luo noodles and wontons. The he luo noodles were different from those in Shanxi; they were made with buckwheat noodles, probably with more wheat flour, so the texture was very good and not rough. The salad greens were also quite fresh. The cherry tomatoes were a bit overripe, and the grapefruits were a little bitter, but everything else was fine. There were no desserts or bread, but I don't expect many hotels to have such low-quality bread and desserts; I personally prefer quality over quantity. Overall, the facilities were better than the hotels I stayed at in downtown Handan; it was much more conscientious."
