For my parents' birthdays and my kids' summer vacation, we escaped Xi'an for a short weekend getaway, filled with blue skies, white clouds, gentle breezes, and the chirping of cicadas. One night, two days: three swims, two drinks, three pizzas, four coffees, a friend of a kid's, 50 favorite Spanish songs at the bar, 100 high-speed trains, 300 photos from every angle, 1,000 clouds, and countless summer cicadas... I asked my kid how he'd rate it on a scale of 0 to 10, and he said 100. 🤭 Finally, a big thank you to the handsome guys who run this small but beautiful B&B. One helped us adjust our breakfast since we don't eat pork, one carried our luggage to and from the station, and one even gave us free coffee. Overall, the service was relaxed yet excellent. We were initially worried about the hassle of traveling with young children, but we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and caring owner. Worried that we wouldn't have time to eat while caring for the children, she thoughtfully prepared meals for both of us – light, palatable, and incredibly considerate. Throughout the entire trip, we felt completely at home, as comfortable and warm as if we were staying with relatives. Every little detail showed her kindness. I highly recommend this place for a summer getaway to Foping with children. The view from the window is beautiful, the room is clean and tidy, and I am truly grateful for the owner's meticulous care.
