"The location is great, the surrounding environment is nice, and the service is good. However, compared to other guesthouses in the same price range, it's far inferior in every aspect. First, the bed was extremely damp. As soon as I lay down to rest, I could clearly feel the dampness with my hand on the blanket, to the point that I wasn't sure if I could sleep. Second, the soundproofing was terrible. Because the ceiling is wooden, even the slightest noise from upstairs could be heard downstairs. Unfortunately, the people upstairs stayed up very late that night, and I spent the first half of the night talking, walking, and washing up, making it incredibly difficult to sleep. Finally, the breakfast was terribly perfunctory—the worst breakfast I've ever had in a guesthouse. The kitchen looked squalid. With only a few rooms and not many guests, I wondered how much porridge the kitchen staff had to cook. When I went to eat around 9 am, all the steamed buns had been put away, and there was only a tiny bit of food left. The steamed buns, even after being heated in the microwave, were inedible. We were initially worried about the hassle of traveling with young children, but we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and caring owner. Upon entering the shop and seeing that we were both carrying toddlers, she immediately came to help with our luggage and escorted us to our room. She was incredibly attentive and gentle. Midway through our trip, our friend's child suddenly developed a fever, and getting a taxi here is extremely difficult. We were panicked and at a loss, but the owner, without hesitation, drove us to the county hospital and accompanied us throughout the registration and doctor's visit, running around taking care of everything without complaint. Worried that we wouldn't have time to eat while caring for the children, she thoughtfully prepared meals for both of us – light, palatable, and incredibly considerate. Throughout the entire trip, we felt completely at home, as comfortable and warm as if we were staying with relatives. Every little detail showed her kindness. I highly recommend this place for a summer getaway to Foping with children. The view from the window is beautiful, the room is clean and tidy, and I am truly grateful for the owner's meticulous care. We will definitely come back for our next summer getaway!"
