Located in central Hami (also known by the local name Kamul), the Hami Hotel (Hami Binguan) is conveniently located within 10 minutes of the Hami Railway Station and Hami Airport.With a variety of public amenities and services, guests will find everything they need at hand and friendly staff ready to help.Diners can check out the on-site Chinese and Western restaurants, which serve excellent dishes in luxurious surroundings, or relax in the coffee shop with a beverage and snack.Business guests can take advantage of meeting rooms of different sizes and a comprehensive business center.When it comes to recreation, guests have many choices. "Starting from Urumqi, our second stop was Hami, and we chose this hotel for our stay. It's a garden-style hotel with its own independent courtyard, so parking is free and not an issue at all! Right next door is a wetland park, home to the 'Zuo Gong Willows,' planted by General Zuo Zongtang and his troops when they came to Xinjiang over a hundred years ago. These trees are so massive, it takes two people to hug their trunks!
The staff at the entrance of Building 6 and in the main lobby on the first floor were very welcoming and helpful. Check-in is done on the first floor of Building 6; each guest receives a room key card, which is also used for breakfast the next day. After completing the formalities, you take the elevator directly to your floor. In the room, once you insert the power card, there's a smart assistant you can talk to. You can give it commands to turn on the lights, open the curtains, or turn on the TV, etc. The room itself is spacious and bright, and the view outside the window is quite lovely! The linens in the room looked very clean, though the faucet in our room had some rust, which probably needs a special cleaning solution or replacement. The shower in the bathroom had great water pressure and the hot water came on very quickly!
There's a Xinjiang cuisine restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. We had dinner there last night and tried Hami's special braised mutton with flatbread. The lamb was very tender and had no ***** smell whatsoever. The other side dishes were home-style, but all freshly stir-fried from the kitchen, which was great!
It's worth mentioning that this hotel has a long history, originally built in 1959. Building 5 is a bit older but offers budget-friendly prices and is often fully booked. The adjacent Building 6 is newer, with very complete facilities in all aspects. The lobby on the first floor is also magnificent, and all the hotel staff we encountered were very polite!
Breakfast is served in Building 1, located diagonally to the right as you exit Building 6. In the evenings, that space is a hot pot restaurant, but in the mornings, it transforms into a wonderful buffet breakfast area with a wide variety of delicious food. It's excellent!
Traveling during the off-season allowed us to book a room at a very cost-effective price! If we get the chance to visit Hami again in the future, we'll definitely choose this place."

"Traveling through Hami with my dog, choosing this Mofang Hotel was absolutely worth it! It's genuinely pet-friendly with no extra charges. The front desk staff were kind and completely unfazed by my furry friend. The room was spacious and clean, the mattress was comfortable, and the hot water was reliable. Parking downstairs was convenient, and they even had charging stations. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the overall value for money was excellent. All the staff were very thoughtful. "I reckon choice of decent hotel is limited in Hami so this property, though not really up to Hampton standard, deserves all the smilies, esp. when 1) it's a smoke-free room (hard to come by in this part of China) and 2) they gave me an upgrade. I also liked their breakfast and coffee.
The shower sewage gave out foul smell so bad that I had to block it with a towel. The hotel didn't do anything about it though despite my complaint."

"We booked this hotel when we were passing through Hami on our way back from Urumqi. It is a chain of Orange Hotels, trustworthy, clean, well-equipped, and the breakfast was clean and delicious. The service attitude of the staff was also very good. The room type I needed was out of stock, so they changed it for me. When I needed to heat up my food in the microwave, they also heated it up for me. The front desk phone was called several times at 10 o'clock using the room phone and mobile phone, but no one answered. I called several times at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, but no one answered. I don't know what's going on. I hope it can be improved."

"The hotel is generally good, the hardware facilities are perfect, the service staff are very warm and thoughtful, the training is well-trained, the breakfast is rich, the kitchen staff are actually young and beautiful women in uniform (most hotels are older aunts and uncles), no wonder the breakfast is so exquisite, Must like 👍, the only regret is that the newly renovated hotel, the formaldehyde smell is still a bit big, and the fifth floor (top floor) is because the weather is too hot, the air conditioning effect is generally the same, friends who have high air conditioning requirements suggest to live in the room downstairs, it is recommended hotel"

"The service was excellent, and I received a free upgrade upon arrival. The hotel's location near the high-speed train station was super convenient for transfers. The room was spacious with a good layout, and it was very quiet, with great soundproofing. Breakfast was fantastic; they had a good variety of pastries and baked goods. The fruit and salad bar were also excellent, and the coffee was freshly ground from beans. My only suggestion would be for the hot dishes to change daily. Overall, it was a wonderful stay; I slept really well for both nights. On the morning of the Dragon Boat Festival, they even gave us Zongzi, which was delicious!"

OtautahianThe hotel is about a ten minute drive from Hami Station. There is a street with a row of barbecue shops in a row nearby, plus other places to eat nearby. I selected this hotel because I saw it had hosted foreign guests before. When I was there (August 2024), the staff were giving out slices of melon at reception in the afternoon. The breakfast selection was good, my room was pretty quiet, and the laundry room had two washing machine but no dryer (but in August, the air is dry anyway). All the staff were friendly.

This time I came to Xinjiang and passed through Hami. I chose Aifei Hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended.
The location of the hotel is really a plus. It is very close to Altun Ancient Street and Huiwangfu. There is also a Tianma Supermarket and Food Street next to it. It is super convenient to try local food or buy some specialties at night. There is a large parking lot at the door. It should be no problem to estimate that there are fifty or sixty cars.
The front desk lady was very efficient and enthusiastic when checking in. Although the room is not particularly large, the layout is compact and reasonable, and there is no sense of crampedness at all. The pillows in the room are very comfortable, and the sleep quality is directly maximized. When checking out, I specifically asked the front desk beauty to buy two pillows of the same hotel for my home.
Overall, Hami Aifei Hotel is very cost-effective, with a superior location, comfortable and clean rooms, and warm and thoughtful service. I will choose here next time I come to Hami, and I also recommend it to friends who plan to come to Hami~

Guest UserThe location of the hotel is very good, less than 10 minutes' drive from the train station, and there is a very delicious Yiloulan Xinjiang restaurant upstairs in the hotel building, which I ate at for two days in a row. The overall decoration of the hotel is very new. It just opened in 2024, but there is no peculiar smell. The mattresses, pillows and bedding are all made of environmentally friendly materials and are very comfortable.

I would like to share some of my personal experiences, hoping to help travelers who are looking for a high-quality accommodation experience.
Hami Parkland Hotel is located in the bustling area of the city center, with convenient transportation and beautiful surroundings. The hotel's exterior design is modern and elegant, reflecting extraordinary taste. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I was attracted by the warm and elegant atmosphere. The spacious and bright space, exquisite art decoration and warm and considerate service staff made me feel the warmth of home instantly.
The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable with a reasonable layout. The room is fully equipped, including soft bedding, high-definition LCD TV, comfortable sofa and high-speed wireless Internet. Especially the bedding, it is simply the most comfortable one I have ever stayed in a hotel, allowing me to have a sweet sleep every night.
In terms of dining, Park Lane Hotel Hami also performs well. The hotel's restaurants offer a variety of cuisine, from exquisite Chinese dishes to authentic Western cuisine. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is unique, leaving people with endless aftertaste. In addition, the restaurant has a very elegant environment, suitable for spending quality time with friends or family.
The Park Lane Hotel Hami left me with very fond memories. It not only has comfortable accommodation, delicious dining experience, but also a series of thoughtful value-added services. I sincerely recommend everyone to choose Hami Parkland Hotel. I believe that you will have a pleasant trip like me.

CammienoodleWe had a good time at the hotel, the room was very large and spacious and the staff are very friendly. They brought fresh fruit to us and supplied lots of filtered water. The location is handy right above a large supermarket and near the railway station but if you are looking for more shopping and dining it might be a little quiet for you.

There are many varieties and balanced nutrition. Although there is less meat, there are many varieties and plenty of eggs and milk. Their milk is fresh milk from Xinjiang, delicious!

kayh88Rooms are spacious but bathroom is small, slippery and the washing machine in the bathroom will be all wet when you bathe. WC in most rooms are not functioning smoothly. WiFi connectivity is poor. The auto curtain in my room spoilt the next day. The smart gadget in my room cannot function as network connectivity is problematic. The good thing is the auto water boiler and dispenser and coffee warmer in each room.
