"I was very satisfied with this hotel. Its location is excellent, with a large supermarket and food street not far away, which is very convenient. The front desk staff was gentle and patient, making me feel incredibly welcome! The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped, and maintained Hilton's consistent high quality. Both the ground and underground parking lots are huge, making parking a breeze. There's a small lake with beautiful lotus flowers right in front of the hotel, perfect for a morning stroll. Overall, a great stay after driving the Duku Highway!"

"This hostel boasts an excellent location, right next to Kuqa Alley, just a less than five-minute walk away. It's also conveniently close to many attractions in the old town. You can stroll along and visit Flower Hat Alley, Drumming Alley, Kuqa Grand Mosque, and Kuqa Prince's Mansion. Despite its central location, it's very quiet, so you don't have to worry about noise at night. The building seems to be a rented old courtyard, full of ethnic character, and the walls are beautifully adorned. The six-bed dorm I stayed in had air conditioning, which was great."

"The room's cleanliness was acceptable. However, breakfast ends too early. In Xinjiang during the summer, breakfast should reasonably be served until 11 AM. Everything else was standard. Last time, the hotel didn't require a key card for entry, which made me feel a bit unsafe. Also, the power outlets in the room were loose; my charger would only go in halfway and felt like it could fall out at any moment."

"The hotel service was fantastic! They upgraded my room and even included breakfast. Every single lady at the front desk was so welcoming; they even offered tea and exchanged WeChat contacts so I could ask questions anytime. The room was unbelievably spacious, with LEGOs and a rocking horse. I'd estimate it was about 15 meters long from north to south, practically a grand suite! I ordered takeout, and a staff member brought it up to my room – not a robot, I felt a little bad about that! Breakfast was excellent; I especially loved the bowls, which made eating congee feel so atmospheric. I couldn't resist taking pictures. When I left, they even gave me a souvenir. I'm so incredibly satisfied with the service and the environment. Highly recommend!"

"What an unexpected reward. During the day, I drove to Kuqa Kizil Grottoes and Tianshan Grand Canyon. At night, I ate meat next to Kuqa Palace. When I booked a hotel, I found this newly opened hotel. It was affordable and included breakfast. I booked a room without hesitation! As a result... the room was really big... the environment was great... the facilities were also good! The breakfast was also rich... What an unexpected reward. I have recommended it to my friends who are going to travel to Kuqa recently."

"The facilities are clean, likely due to remodeling, and the air conditioning works well. However, the elevator feels a bit dated. There is a front desk staff member who speaks English, and I appreciated that they told me to ask for help anytime. The male staff member who was there during checkout was also very kind and took good care of my luggage. If you turn the corner to the right and walk a short distance from the accommodation, there are restaurants and places where you can have breakfast. After dinner, I went for a walk in Namho Park and watched many people dancing. After breakfast, I took another walk around Namho Park, and since it was Sunday, there was some kind of marathon taking place, which I watched as well. In the evening, a night market opens nearby, making it a great place to grab various snacks. I recommend this place because the satisfaction level is high for the price."

"This hotel is really great! I've stayed at Lan Ou hotels frequently in Jiangsu. They offer excellent value for money. Each day, they provide two bags of coffee and tea, and the breakfast spread is quite good too. It seems that all Lan Ou hotels offer complimentary bottled water, and you can always ask for more from housekeeping if you run out, though the four bottles they give daily are usually enough for me. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff, a young lady, was not only very helpful but also quite pretty."

"Facilities: Okay. Cleanliness: Overall decent, but lacking in details. The floor wasn't clean, water stains on the faucet and mirror hadn't been wiped, and I won't go into detail about the toilet – suffice it to say it felt very perfunctory. I ended up wiping things down myself. Housekeeping definitely needs more training. Environment: Excellent. Service: Excellent. The courtyard is lovely, and they even gave a little gift to my child upon check-in, which she loved. You can sing together in the courtyard until midnight, which creates a nice atmosphere. If you prefer quiet, you can arrange to stay in a different courtyard and won't be disturbed."

For this trip, my friend and I booked a standard room. When checking in at the front desk, I specifically asked the staff about the price difference between the mobile phone and the front desk prices. They answered patiently and said that Ctrip had coupons, so I could book wherever it was more cost-effective. The service was polite and not too abrupt, the room was arranged appropriately according to my requirements, and I was quite satisfied with the cleanliness; it was good value for money.

I've stayed here multiple times, and the hostel always has a great vibe. The owner is incredibly thoughtful and goes out of their way to help guests arrange carpools and group tours for exploring the area. They often organize communal meals and gatherings, making it feel very much like a home away from home.

The rooms are new and spacious, suggesting the hotel opened recently, with excellent facilities. The front desk service was excellent, providing complimentary bottled water and tea. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was quite refined. The hotel also offers airport shuttle service. The location is superb, conveniently situated near various city attractions and numerous restaurants. Suitable for short-stay trips.

This is definitely my top choice for hotels in Kuqa! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and looked after. The staff immediately helped with my luggage and made sure everything was prepared for my check-in. Any issues I had were smoothly communicated and resolved. The environment is lovely, and the cleanliness is top-notch. It's incredibly quiet at night, and I even got to relax by the pool when I had some downtime.

Located in a convenient area, the hostel is easily accessible from Kuqa Railway Station by bus or taxi. It's also within walking distance of Kuqa Royal Palace and the pedestrian street, making it a great base for exploring the city. Without a private vehicle, it's difficult to visit nearby attractions such as the Tianshan Grand Canyon and Kiziliya. Staying here makes it easy to find other travelers to share a taxi or sightseeing plans. As a relatively new hostel, the facilities are excellent. The beds are comfortable, and the bedding is clean and well maintained. As other reviews have mentioned, the sink is located in the center, with the toilet and shower room separated on either side. This layout makes the shared facilities much less crowded and more convenient to use. The hostel sign is a little difficult to spot from the main road. From the intersection, walk about 30 meters into the large open square (parking area), and you'll find the single-story building on your left. Thank you for your warm hospitality. I hope to see you again!

This is a well-established hotel, excellent in all aspects. This is my second stay. The environment is clean and tidy, the location is excellent, and it's very convenient for getting around. The room facilities are complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and toiletries are plentiful. The service is warm and attentive, the staff are very friendly, and it's great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again! Highly recommended!

This is a very well-managed hotel. I stayed here for two nights, and everyone from the receptionist to the food and beverage management staff, room service personnel, and parking security personnel was very attentive, responsible, and welcoming. They treated me like family, not just a guest. My stay was very heartwarming. [heart emoji] The rooms were spacious and bright, with smart home management, and it was quiet at night. It's very close to Nanhu Park and Nanhu Night Market, just minutes away. It's also very convenient to get to Kuqa Old Town, the Kucha Museum, Kuqa Royal Palace, Kucha Alley, and Da Na Alley... Not only was the accommodation comfortable, but the breakfast selection was also plentiful and quite delicious. The menu changed daily, so even if you stayed for a long time, you wouldn't eat the same dishes twice.

Parking downstairs is quite convenient, with plenty of parking spaces. The room is very clean and feels newly renovated with complete facilities and a good environment. The Uyghur girl at the front desk provided great service. Kuqa Old Town is also nice.

This hotel can accept foreigners. It is around 1km from Kuqa railway station which is walkable. I arrived very early (6AM). I took forever for check-in because the reception had minimal experience with foreign guests and asked too many (repetitive) questions. She inspected the passport even more thoroughly than the police in Kuqa that I encountered. She asked about the stamps of other countries as well (not sure why and what it has got to do with the hotel check-in). I had a previous Chinese visa which I repetitively said it was old and pointed to the new one, but she kept coming back to it and asking for more info again and again. After almost 30 mins, I was able to come to the room, still the reception came knocking 2 more times for more questions. The second time I had to politely gave a sign that I wanted to sleep for a bit because I had sightseeing to do a couple hours later. I don’t know if this is protocol for Kuqa. So far the most ‘questioning’ hotel which I only expected to happen in Hotan. I negotitated to check in early because I would check out very early the next day (4.30AM) to board the train to Kashgar. It took a while to negotiate but it was possible in the end. Clealiness is so so, not the best but acceptable. It was not a memorable stay but the room will suffice your comfort. Just wish the check-in process would be faster and simpler. 100rmb deposit at check-in which will be refund at check-out.

The location is alright, a little over 1 kilometer from the train station, with buses to the old town, and plenty of shops and restaurants downstairs. I originally booked a small room, but since we arrived early, there were rooms available, so I upgraded to a larger one. The room was bigger, but the floor outside the bathroom was completely broken; the air conditioner started leaking halfway through use, and we had to use three buckets to catch the water. Although I sleep on a hard bed at home, the one in the hotel was really quite firm.
