The breakfast spread was excellent; the 'roujiamo' (Chinese hamburger) was delicious. The braised pork and 'dalumian' (noodle dish) would be even better with a bit less salt. The parking lot only has a few spaces in front of the building, and I heard the underground parking charges separately, so I didn't use it."

"I bought a package deal that included the hotel and a ticket to the Dream of the Red Chamber show, which was pretty good value. The hotel is very spacious and grand, and you can spend some time just exploring it. The front desk staff was a bit distant, but check-in was quick and professional. Other staff members were all very friendly, greeting me with smiles, especially those at the breakfast buffet and the SPA on the first floor; their service was warm and attentive, which made me feel very comfortable. The breakfast itself was also good, with a wide variety of dishes and good flavor. The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities are showing their age, which I can understand. However, the swimming and fitness area was a really bad experience. I'm not sure if it's operated by the hotel or outsourced. The staff at the front desk there were completely unresponsive and lacked any service awareness. The pool management was also chaotic, with people playing and swimming all mixed together, making it impossible to swim properly. Plus, I went in the evening, and the water was quite murky, so I didn't dare to swim much."

I had originally booked a standard room, but the front desk lady saw that we were a family of three and thoughtfully offered a free upgrade to a spacious family room. She was so kind and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious, making for an excellent overall experience. The next morning, they even thoughtfully sent up fresh fruit and a souvenir gift. They also enthusiastically helped us print some documents we needed, which really solved a problem for us. The service was meticulous and attentive, and the facilities were also very good. You could really feel the hotel's sincerity everywhere. If you're traveling to or from Daxing Airport, I highly recommend choosing this hotel. "I chose the Hilton Garden Inn after comparing several hotels on Ctrip for a trip with my parents to Langfang to see 'Only the Dream of the Red Chamber.' The check-in process went fairly smoothly, and the room facilities and cleanliness were decent. However, we still encountered several issues during our stay. Firstly, the in-room amenity list mentioned a non-slip bath mat, but when I requested it, I was told they only had bath towels to place outside the shower. The hotel didn't provide any anti-slip items for the bathroom. Since I was concerned about my parents' safety during showering, I didn't let them shower on the first day. However, the hotel's housekeeping staff was very responsible and bought non-slip slippers for us the very next day. Secondly, the hairdryer had very weak airflow, making it impossible to dry long hair. I reported this to the hotel, and they assured me they would rectify it as soon as possible. Finally, the hotel's breakfast offered a good variety. However, on the first day, all the salads in the salad bar were served on ice. My parents couldn't eat such cold food early in the morning. When I asked the staff, they initially said there were no room-temperature options. Later, as we were almost done eating, a supervisor came by and said there were room-temperature salads, but they would take a while to prepare. As I was in a hurry to take my parents to the show, I didn't pursue it further. However, for breakfast on the second day, the restaurant specifically prepared room-temperature salads for us, showing a proactive approach to service. I just hope that the issues I've raised will not only benefit our family but also prompt the hotel to pay attention to these service details, improving the experience for future guests as well."

"I brought my parents to Langfang for a day. During the whole stay, I especially praised Xiaoxia's service. She was very considerate, professional and friendly. The diamond card gave my parents and me breakfast, which was rich in variety. It really felt like home. Xiaowang was also very friendly when checking out. I will come again next time when I have time. I will choose this place again. The door is a bustling commercial district, which is very good for shopping."
