"The place is good, and the people who run it are extremely friendly and attentive. The main street is currently under renovation, so it was a bit noisy during the day, but it was peaceful at night, allowing for a good rest. The room with the shared bathroom had it located downstairs, and I don't believe it included a shower. I then switched to a private room, which was spotless and offered good value for money."

"The room wasn't big, or more accurately, it was a tatami mat, not a bed. It had air conditioning, a humidifier, and an oxygen concentrator. The bathroom was small, and while it had a smart toilet, it was a bit dated. Cleanliness was average, with debris and hair on the hallway and floor. A simple breakfast was provided. "We had a great experience at this hotel. We stayed in a cozy ******* style room and also enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The room was very clean and well equipped, even supplying an oxygen machine that one could use in case of feeling altitude sickness. The hotel is run by a very lovely family who made our stay in Litang a great experience. The host spoke really good english, kindly showed us around Litang and it's most popular sites. Additionally we were able to explore the surrounding nature as we spent an afternoon mushroom picking together in the forest with the host and his friends. The host also supported us on our onward journey. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Litang, we felt very welcome and supported."

"The double room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, but many problems occurred during our stay. First of all, THERE IS NO BREAKFAST. We had already read a comment about this, but we went to check and they gave some excuse. There was no electric kettle available, and the hot water in the shower didn't last long. The TV didn't work, and once again they invented an excuse to justify it. Compensations were made to alleviate the problems (they brought us bread and yak milk on the first day, but not on the second day; and they gave us a box of incense as an apology for the TV), but the overall experience was not good, especially considering the price we were paying."

"The room was very clean and exactly like the pictures. It was very large and needed to be rented. The hotel only had four oxygen machines, but they were all rented when we arrived. There is a hospital 200 meters away where oxygen can be provided. There is no washing machine, but there is an elevator. There is no air conditioning, but there are electric blankets."

"I highly recommend this B&B! The staff is super nice. They'll contact you in advance to ask when you'll be arriving, and then offer to help with your luggage once you arrive. We had a minor hiccup with the room, and they were incredibly patient, even when I was impatient. The staff are also quite nice. The only downside is that the handsome guy's Mandarin isn't very comprehensible, hahahahahaha, I need to improve my Mandarin. 😁 Also, one of the room's doors wouldn't lock, so remember to fix it! "This guesthouse is absolutely beautiful! The entrance may be small, but inside it's like a different world, full of ******* charm. It's a very famous guesthouse in Litang (Ding Zhen even stayed here for 3 months!). The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming. Although their Mandarin with a ******* accent requires a bit of guesswork, it doesn't hinder communication at all. The landlady even personally made us Zamba for breakfast, which was so fragrant and had a lovely sesame flavor! The owner called us beforehand to explain the self-driving route and even came out to help with our luggage (when you're experiencing altitude sickness, you really can't do anything yourself), so thoughtful! The room size is sufficient, and more importantly, it's fully equipped! An oxygen concentrator (a lifesaver!), humidifier, floor heating, electric blanket – everything you could need! Excellent! It's perfect for travelers worried about altitude sickness. The bathroom is a bit basic, but considering the high altitude in Litang, it's generally not recommended to shower or wash your hair, so basic is fine. The oxygen concentrator is definitely more important!"

"First of all, I want to praise the handsome guy at the front desk who is always available and responsive to your requests. We booked a deluxe suite, which has plenty of room and provides oxygen from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am the next day. There is floor heating, please contact the front desk to turn it on. Problem: Only the king-size bed room inside has a shower, while the twin bed room outside only has a toilet. Very inconvenient. I don't know if the hotel was cheated by the decoration company. Many designs are unreasonable. For example, the toilet is smart, but the shower room does not have dry and wet separation, and the space is small. When taking a shower, the toilet next to it opens and closes automatically, playing by itself... The hygiene is average, with a layer of dust on the table. The faucet was loose and the sink was leaking. The front desk guy came up to repair it in time and cleaned the floor, but said that I could only use it with low water. The automatic power-off function in the bathroom is very strange. The lighting and heating will turn off by themselves when they are turned on."
