Breakfast was healthy and delicious with plenty of variety. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch – even the hallways were clutter-free! The staff were incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and attentive without being intrusive. A huge bonus was the free self-service coffee bar on the first floor with excellent tea bags and coffee. They also had a small selection of snacks for purchase, which was really convenient. The self-service laundry was a lifesaver, and the front desk staff were always ready to assist. It's clear they put a lot of thought into guest comfort. Highly recommend this place for families!"

"I've never stayed in a room with such poor soundproofing in my life. First of all, when I walked in, I realized it wasn't the room type shown in the online pictures. The receptionist said that all the rooms on the 5th floor were the connected type, which I let go of. When I came back and lifted the covers, I found a stain that looked like a footprint on the sheet at the foot of the bed. Luckily, the cleaning lady was outside, so I had her change it immediately. The most outrageous thing was the soundproofing. At 3 a.m., the chickens nearby started crowing, and then the upstairs or next door got up and walked around in slippers in the middle of the night.
