Everything from the hotel's appearance, cleanliness, room facilities, to the staff service was almost perfect. Upon check-in, the front desk lady upgraded our room, making our stay experience exceed expectations. The view from the window was excellent. The breakfast buffet was great, with both variety and quality being satisfying. The Shengfu Restaurant on the fifth floor offered good food for lunch and dinner at reasonable prices. This hotel easily ranks among the top three for value for money out of all the places we've stayed in recent years. Highly recommended."

Kevin at the front desk was polite and attentive, and he handled our check-in very efficiently. He was quick to help with any small issues we had. Anna in the restaurant provided excellent and enthusiastic service. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom was neat and dry. The facilities were well-maintained; the air conditioning and hot water were both stable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided great natural light. It's also convenient for getting to nearby attractions, making it very suitable for a short couples' trip. Overall, we were very satisfied."

"Facilities: It's basically a projector, automatic curtains, and an automatic toilet, but the hot water only has one temperature setting, which isn't hot enough at night when it gets cold. Cleanliness: Fairly clean. Environment: We booked a family room, which was really bad. The slide design was poor and very dangerous for children. ⚠️ The lower wall was also yellowed, and the mattresses were just two slightly thicker sponges. Service: There are no restaurants nearby, so breakfast can only be eaten at the guesthouse. When we went to the front desk to order, the staff looked confused and asked, ”Haven't you had breakfast yet? It's 9:30! We only serve until 9:30!” We explained that it was only a little past 9:00, so it wasn't time yet. It made us very embarrassed. Also, the breakfast for both rooms consisted of two large bowls of noodles and two small bowls of noodles, which was really funny and showed a lack of understanding. One-on-one butler service: This was completely unnecessary. Summary: I wouldn't choose to stay here again. At nearly 400 yuan, it's really not worth it. The sea is fun, but there's a lot of trash. There are glass-like structures nearby where the sea is beautiful."

"I've never stayed in a room with such poor soundproofing in my life. First of all, when I walked in, I realized it wasn't the room type shown in the online pictures. The receptionist said that all the rooms on the 5th floor were the connected type, which I let go of. When I came back and lifted the covers, I found a stain that looked like a footprint on the sheet at the foot of the bed. Luckily, the cleaning lady was outside, so I had her change it immediately. The most outrageous thing was the soundproofing. At 3 a.m., the chickens nearby started crowing, and then the upstairs or next door got up and walked around in slippers in the middle of the night. The sound was like it was right next to my ear, which startled me awake. Not to mention the other noises like doors closing and people talking. The hotel environment was okay, but the sleep quality was so bad that it was definitely not worth staying in…"

"I found your staff to be very helpful and responsive during our stay. However, the laundry room is currently under renovation and the washing machines are unavailable, which is not the staff's fault. Also, I personally don't usually look at five-star reviews when booking hotels because they're often fake. The front desk told me this hotel used to have long-stay bookings, so there might not be a rating. I initially thought the pictures would be heavily edited, but the room was pretty much the same. The decor clashes with the surrounding environment, so I think 4.5 is a very high rating. The bathroom fixtures are imported, and for this price, it even has a Leica hairdryer and a Sony TV. Other guests booking on Ctrip during holidays might find this price acceptable. If you're not too concerned about ambiance, this hotel is a good choice; if you require a quiet environment, I suggest looking elsewhere. I also suggest putting a mahjong table in the room, as families traveling together would prefer to enjoy themselves together. Ultimately, I'll give it a five-star review. Hopefully, we can improve and refine our services. Consumers will definitely prefer to see genuine feedback."

I had to book suddenly so it couldn't get the cheapest rate but still the value is excellent. The reservation includes breakfast. There is a washing machine and a place to dry your clothes free of charge. The breakfast is amazing. The service is also amazing, even though no one speaks English. The door on my bathroom got stuck so a maintenance man came up and fixed it. And then the washing machine door got stuck, so one of the girls from the front desk came up and fixed that. Highly recommend this place

I was completely won over after checking in! The hotel has a warm and comfortable atmosphere, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, with no hard-to-reach spots, and the air was fresh and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable; all the fatigue from my journey disappeared as soon as I lay down. The soundproofing was also excellent, resulting in a fantastic night's sleep. The staff were friendly and provided attentive and meticulous service; the entire check-in and check-out process was smooth. The location is convenient, with excellent surrounding amenities—easy access to restaurants and shopping—making it incredibly cost-effective. It's already on my list of regular hotels! 406

The room was well-equipped, the environment was very nice, and it was extremely clean. The bedding was neat and tidy, and the toiletries were all high-quality. Disposable towels were provided, showing the owner's attention to detail. The bed was very comfortable; I slept soundly until I naturally woke up. This hotel is absolutely amazing! The location is very good, right in the city center, very convenient for travel, and there are many delicious and fun things around. Entering the hotel lobby, the environment is spacious and bright, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is also very fast. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, and I had a very refreshing sleep. The hotel I stayed in before the New Year was right by the sea. All downstairs were all kinds of stalls. For food, don't be too high. It was a welfare. The front desk service was very good. The hotel was very clean. Such a good hotel in Jiazi Town was already very good.
