"Well located. Looks fancy. Dated interiors for the room and not so clean. Very expensive mini bar and instant food offered in the room. Service was cold, as the hotel front desk receptionist did not smile not greet at all. All the staff also seem to ignore me and looked indifferent. Well located beside Wanda Plaza though. If there are better choices, give this a miss."

"The location is excellent, with the guesthouse and convention center both in this area. When checking in, the front desk attendant asked about my booking channel. Upon hearing it was Ctrip, he even upgraded me to a lake-view room. The view is spectacular, and the scenery is beautiful. In the morning, the sunlight streams onto the balcony, and opening the curtains reveals a picturesque landscape. The room is spacious, with distinct living and sleeping areas. The layout and amenities are fantastic. The breakfast selection is varied, but my favorite was the congee with dried bamboo shoots, and the coffee was delicious – an Americano was perfect for a morning boost."

They have everything, including washing machines and fitness equipment. **Cleanliness:** I'd give it a 70 out of 100. The room's details could definitely be improved. **Environment:** There's a nice lake nearby, great for a stroll. It's quite a distance from the city center, about 12km, which takes at least 25 minutes by car. **Service:** The service was pretty good, especially considering it was during the New Year period."

"Traveling with my spouse during the off-season, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious family room featuring a large bed and a smaller one. The room was equipped with smart controls, and the bedding was comfortable and clean. Service was excellent, with hot water, air conditioning, and self-service laundry and drying facilities all readily available. The public parking lot nearby offered free parking for guests, which was very convenient. While breakfast was a bit basic, it was sufficient. Overall, a satisfying experience for travelers on the go."

It's also very close to Ningde Station, about a 20-minute taxi ride, and there's a bus stop right next to the hotel. Being in the city center makes it super convenient to get around. Plus, they have robots for deliveries, which is a nice touch!"

"The hotel is brand new. The water pressure was excellent, even on higher floors – a definite plus! They also have a spacious underground parking garage, and parking is free; once you're checked in, you can come and go as you please. Food delivery is even handled by robots. There are many shops and businesses nearby, which is very convenient. The laundry facilities are handy, but the dryer is just okay; it's fine for quick-dry clothes but not effective for cotton items. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Ningde."

GGuest UserHotel location is ok, cleanliness of the room is good, every day the towel is changed and bathroom clean up. An point to note: the smoking room and NON-smoking room must clearly marked. It was unpleasant for a non-smoker to rest in a smoker room. The hotel cafe has been closed since Aug 2024.
