Manager Li Jiefang from the hotel staff was incredibly thoughtful and helped decorate the room, which deeply touched and surprised my family. The hotel also gifted us a birthday cake and small plush toys for my two kids, who were absolutely thrilled. The room environment was excellent, right next to a Bodhi tree. I slept soundly all night and woke up refreshed to the sound of birds chirping in the morning. The hot springs are also high quality, genuinely natural. Location: The location is fantastic, close to the Liuzu Resort, Guo'en Temple, and the park, and there are many nearby farmhouses! Room: The deluxe king room we initially stayed in didn't quite match our expectations. After consulting with the staff, they were very friendly and immediately moved us to a private room with a balcony. The room was extremely comfortable, with soft, clean bedding, and a wonderful sleep. The layout was well-organized and spacious. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was impeccable, and both the room and the public areas were very clean. "The room was clean and comfortable, and our dedicated butler service was efficient and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the canals in the summer; the water quality was excellent. Even during a typhoon with heavy rain, there was no mud or debris. Lifeguards were on duty almost round-the-clock – I saw them scooping leaves at 7 AM, and they were still there at 11 PM. Even when it rained heavily and there were no guests in the canals, they remained on post, which gave my elderly parents and children a great sense of security while swimming. Inside the villa, each room has its own private hot tub, and there's also an outdoor hot tub in the garden. The room thoughtfully provides a hot tub brush and a high-pressure spray gun, making it convenient for those of us with a bit of OCD to clean the tubs ourselves. My only minor regret is that the villa's staircase is outside the main entrance on the first floor, which isn't very convenient for a family going in and out and communicating. Additionally, I suggest more maintenance for the outdoor wetlands, garden, and mountain forest areas; they felt a bit wild and neglected."

The weather is very cool! I went to the hotel restaurant for dinner at about 7:30 on the first night. The ingredients were fresh, the dishes were served quickly, and the price-performance ratio was good. On the second night, I had dinner at a farm not far from the hotel. It was almost nine o'clock when I returned to the hotel. It didn't take long for me to feel itchy on both palms. I thought I was bitten by a mosquito. Slowly, my ears and neck itched. I realized that I was allergic. I wanted to find ** to deliver medicine, but I couldn't find one that could deliver medicine immediately. JD's urgent delivery of medicine also failed. But the hotel was far away, and the pharmacy closed early. I called the front desk, and the front desk was anxious about me. They immediately asked the driver to send a car to take me to the nearest health center for medical treatment. It didn't take long for me to arrive at the Liuzu Town Health Center. I got a butt injection, and took three doses of oral desensitization medicine and vitamin C. The medicine cost 14 yuan. The driver waited until I finished the medical treatment and then took me back to the hotel. When I was in the car, I felt that my hands were not so itchy. Not long after returning to the hotel, the two lumps caused by allergies behind my ears gradually disappeared. I was so happy. The most important thing is that the hotel did not charge me an additional service fee for sending me to the hospital. I am very grateful! It is very heartwarming.
