The hotel then assigns rooms based on these requests, making it super convenient to just grab your key card upon arrival. My only minor gripe is that the email frequency from booking to arrival felt a bit too high. 🍽️ Dining: Didn't try the hotel's food, and there weren't any recommended restaurants nearby. Good dining options required traveling a bit further. Restaurants around tourist attractions offered more choices and better quality. 🗺️ Location: It's literally a 2-minute walk from the main train station – couldn't be closer! An excellent location, so you don't have to rush for your train (even if German trains aren't always on time). 🗣️ Noise: Despite being so close to the main train station, you barely hear any noise in the room. With the windows closed, it's almost eerily quiet."

"The location of this hotel is great, and the front desk people were nice too. But the facility was way below either the industry standard or our expectation - the knob of the shower was falling down, the curtain was also falling down and could not close; the reading light switch had no handle; and the shower drainage was blocked (see the photos) ---- shockingly this is in Germany!! Very, Very disappointed."

"Very good location, only 2-3 stops from the main train station, and right opposite the hotel is the bus/tram station. There 24h-market and some restaurants near the hotel. Need 15-20mins walk to the old town. Room is very clean and the fitness room is very big with multiple exerts equipments The working staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good"

"Traveling for business. A better choice than my previous stay at a hotel behind the Heidelberg bahnof station. It was out of my expectation that the room includes a bathtub. "We booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel."

"The Chester Hotel is surrounded by vocational schools and is just under 4 km from the old town. You can take the tram from the ”Ochsenkopf” stop to ”Bismarckplatz”. Parking is scarce. At the hotel, it costs €9 per day. The older receptionist was friendly, but the supposedly graying manager, who was supposed to give us a different room, was not. He didn't believe our booking details, even though we had them in writing! The rooms and beds are good; we only missed having a kettle and tea/coffee. We rarely heard any noise. Breakfast is good, and the staff is friendly, but understaffed. As a result, they unfortunately can't replenish the buffet promptly! On our departure day, the cleaning staff entered our room over an hour before check-out without knocking – that's unacceptable!"

"Stayed 2 nights here and simply loved it! Look at the photos, it has practically everything you need and I like that Hotel works very systematically. There is a nice refrigerator with freezer compartment. This chic studio utilises every space and has alot of storage. Great for those with long stays or who has a heavy baggage that needs organisation. If I’m not wrong there is a self service laundry in the hotel. There is one coffee machine in the room with 3 types of flavors-normal, decaf and chocolate. None of it contain sugar. Guests can also take drinks from their coffee machine in ground level E - but you have to bring your own cups (from your room). You will be given a list of paper on what is needed during check in. Easy and simple. If you want the ac on, you need to ensure windows are closed properly. We left the windows open at night as it’s more cooling. But you have to bear with the noises from outside. During check out, guests will need to load the dish washer and put them on start (with the dishwashing capsule) before leaving. It’s really cool since Asians dont really use them. They also provide a sponge and dish liquid if you prefer to wash as per normal. We did both."

"Near Heidelberg Hbf. Brand-new hotel. But the breakfast buffet is just so-so. No new food provided. Fruits are not good, at least not fit my taste. We ordered triple beds room, the third bed is really…casual. Just one bed in the bedstead. Not comfortable at all."

The price of 160 euros (including breakfast 10 euros) per night is mainly given to these five invincible locations, by the Neka River, by the ancient bridge, the window can see the copper monkey. The traditional small single room is very suitable for one person to travel. Recommended breakfast is very rich.

This is a truly perfect hotel, spacious and bright, with a striking design. It has two rooms, one inside and one outside, and the sofa bed in the outer room is incredibly comfortable and high-quality. The window overlooks the street, and the sound of church bells drifts in the breeze, evoking a sense of ethereal peace and tranquility... It's a style my children and I absolutely adore. The room also comes with a generous selection of food and beverages, all included in the room rate. The service charge accepts both credit and cash, which is very flexible. The bathroom sink plug was broken, so I called customer service. Upon opening the door, the handsome front desk guy came to fix it. Without a word, he took off his suit and quickly fixed it. This multi-person experience isn't limited to domestic use. My children said they probably waited for the repairman to arrive, and they didn't know when.

The location is excellent. It's an 8-minute walk from the back of the train station after you get off. Public buses and trams are also convenient for getting to various places (pedestrian street, old castle, Neckar River, hospitals, university departments). The suite is spacious enough and has a small kitchen. Breakfast is 18 euros, and the restaurant is large with good food, coffee, and various teas. The hotel's courtyard/lawn is huge, and it's very pleasant to have a drink there in the evening. There's also a laundry room.

The location is very good, there are many foods nearby, very close to the shopping street pedestrian street. Self-driving parking for 19 euros a day, and after checking out the next day, we agreed to let us continue to park for a while. When I left, my friend's car hit, and the hotel staff was very patient to accompany the problem. Very friendly, a beautiful young lady, thank you! Recommend this hotel to all my fellow travelers.

Heidelberg is worth visiting, it is a very comfortable city. First of all, the hotel is very close to the highway exit. Although it is on the side, it is very convenient to go to the central square. Parking on the roadside is free. The front desk guy is very humorous and street free. Of course, if you want to be safe, you can also park in the parking lot next to it for 10 euros. Secondly, although the room is small, it has everything. The bathroom is still OK and not crowded. The family room for three people is enough and feels quite warm. Finally, Heidelberg is beautiful in the morning. Walking on the Philosopher's Trail and overlooking the entire old town of Heidelberg is still very impressive. In addition, Heidelberg Castle is also worth going up. Looking at the old town from here, you can take pictures of the red bricks and white walls on the postcard.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is close to the train and bus station so good for those arriving after a long journey. It’s also not too far from the downtown area and has easy access to public transportation. The room was a little small but very comfortable. We didn’t have too many interactions with staff but we were fortunate that the check in desk was open when we arrived as they are only open a few hours a day and the self check in machine could not recognise my booking.

Spacious, bright and hygienic, without the smell of old houses. The location is very good. It is located at the corner of the old city center, opposite the square transportation hub. There is a large department store in front and a supermarket in the back. There are many restaurants around and there are many restaurants on the pedestrian street opposite, which is full of style. The two large windows have great views, and most attractions can be covered on foot. Note that there is only Wi-Fi in public areas; there is no air conditioning, but there are fans and heaters; the private parking lot is diagonally across the road, and the parking garage driveway is very narrow, so you need to go to the front desk to get the garage key first. Overall, the price-performance ratio is super high, very satisfied👍
