"Very much upset on this hotel policies when it comes to staying with international customers. Hotel per day price is higher than other hotels and check-in time is @ 15:00 . When myself landed at Frankfurt in the morning and arrived hotel at around 10:00 and requested the reception to allow early stay rather than 15:00 , because my journey was over night and myself been tired . But the hotel didn’t understand and straight way refused 🥵. This is so disgusting when been booked for 3- nights then they treat us like this is something not good . Would suggest hotel management to understand for international travelled customers to understand and serve accordingly 🙏."

"Absolutely recommend this hotel 10/10. We were 3 girls, stayed for 4 nights in 2 king-sized double rooms and first of all, the rooms were amazingly spacious and pretty. Everything was clean and really enjoyed the hot showers after long day of sightseeing. The staff were really welcoming and accommodating, especially Namra and Kunal and although there were many other staff who also helped us throughout our stay, we couldn't catch all their names (sorry) but we will never forget their kindness. From borrowing us umbrellas for the day to filling our cup noodles with hot water late at night; they have been nothing but helpful and it was one of the best hotel services we had experienced in a long while. One thing we didn't realise was that there is no kettle in the room but if you ask the staff, they're always happy to provide hot water. Next, the pricing! It was the reason that we chose this hotel as it was the least expensive option around but the quality, the service and the comfort was definitely the winner. I doubt that you could find a better place than Campanile for the price. Not to mention, when we checked out at 11, we were still able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we visited the town one last time which was incredibly useful. If we are ever back in Offenbach, we will be staying here, no doubt!"

"About 40 minutes walk from Frankfurt Central Station. There is a train running nearby, but I didn't care even at midnight. Very clean, the bed was large, and 々 separate from the comforter, so even two people had no stress at all. Next time I go, Cospa is the best choice for this hotel, not in the center of Frankfurt. ‼️"

"Good location, adequate rooms and services. The hosting was enough for a four-day-business-trip. Several musts (bathroom packs like shampoos and shower gels, tiny sewing kits...) can be added, though. The personnel was also smiling and friendly. Thank you, hope to visit Offenbach again."

"I intended to stay for consecutive nights but accidentally made two separate bookings. Fortunately, the staff handled the situation very professionally and allowed me to stay in the same room, which I greatly appreciated. However, the room was not cleaned at all between the two stays. There were no fresh towels, the glasses and trash remained untouched, and only the bed had been made. To my surprise, I even found a cleaning rag under the desk. Given the condition of the room, I regretted not checking out and checking in again. It was disappointing, especially since the staff service had been excellent."

"The rooms are clean, spacious, with different towels and hair drying fans, TV. The coffee machine is in the recreation area at the entrance. One ”but,” in the morning hot water from 8 a.m.(I don't know what it was, before it was) and no one to turn to. Near McDonald's, Aldi, Rossman, other shops at the distance you can reach. Also not far there are small restaurants, bars. There are parking spaces around the hotel. Overall a good hotel. From one ”procola” I think it is not worth writing a negative review."

"The room doors are very noisy, banging and cracking. They need to find a solution for the room doors; there's a strange noise when the doors of the next room or another room slam shut. Also, I don't know if there was construction or renovations going on nearby or on the floors, but we woke up early in the morning to the sound of drills and hammers. The location is nice, the cleanliness is good, but this noise issue really disrupted my resting comfort."
