Hotels with Parking in Offenbach am Main

The guest house not only stood the door on the afternoon, but pulled my pocket into the room. Even late evening very friendly reception. On the morning at the check out Mr. Rahul was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was versatile, the care was very good. The rooms are clean, spacious, with different towels and hair drying fans, TV. The coffee machine is in the recreation area at the entrance. One ”but,” in the morning hot water from 8 a.m.(I don't know what it was, before it was) and no one to turn to. Near McDonald's, Aldi, Rossman, other shops at the distance you can reach. Also not far there are small restaurants, bars. There are parking spaces around the hotel. Overall a good hotel. From one ”procola” I think it is not worth writing a negative review.

I intended to stay for consecutive nights but accidentally made two separate bookings. Fortunately, the staff handled the situation very professionally and allowed me to stay in the same room, which I greatly appreciated. However, the room was not cleaned at all between the two stays. There were no fresh towels, the glasses and trash remained untouched, and only the bed had been made. To my surprise, I even found a cleaning rag under the desk. Given the condition of the room, I regretted not checking out and checking in again. It was disappointing, especially since the staff service had been excellent.

The receptionist is nice and helpful. The room is clean and the location is quiet.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station. However, we had hair in our shower. I also have to complain that according to the website the check-out is at 11:30 am, at 9:44 a lady knocked on our door and then asked when we wanted to check out. When I said 11:00 she said check-out was at 10:00 and I didn't understand the rest of the sentence. But for a short stay the hotel is perfect.

The hotel seems to be run by Muslims, and there is a strange smell as soon as you enter; there is its own dedicated parking lot, which is more convenient for self-driving. The receptionist is a man, the efficiency is low, the service is not flexible...others have not experienced any service...
