"Loved our stay at this hotel. First, the location, right on the River Tarne, with walking distance to the town centre and the magnificent Ste Cecile Cathedral. Very scenic location, and loved listening to the river. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable with Nespresso coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was copious, lots of choices with varieties of Nespresso coffees available. Bonus that we didn’t have to pay for parking either, maybe because it was off season. We really loved the stay and will probably come back to stay again."

"There are 3 Ibis Hotels in the center of Albi . Two in the very same building and another one barely 300m away. 3 different levels of service too. The general location is very practical when staying in the town. I lived in Albi for many years and appreciate the fact I can get everywhere just walking from these hotels. I stayed in 2 out of the 3 and both felt a little too expensive for the actual room comfort they provide. But it's a general Ibis trend. On several occasions some rooms had cigarette smoke smell and the staff has always been very helpful managing to relocate me in odorless rooms."

"Clean facilities, about 10 minutes walk from train station and 1-2 minute walk from bus station. You can walk to the city centre easily from the hotel, which is where most tourist attractions are located. Views from the window attached."

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, muy céntrico. Las zonas comunes son geniales, hay juegos para los niños, gimnasio, sauna y una terraza con unas vistas muy chulas. El punto negativo es que la insonorización no es muy buena y se escucha ruidos de la terraza en los pisos superiores y de los aires acondicionados o calefacción en los pisos más inferiores. Nosotros tuvimos un problema con los ruidos y nos cambiaron de habitación. El personal muy amable y resolutivo, dentro de sus posibilidades, el resto perfecto Por decir algo más las almohadas no son muy cómodas pero eso es un poco personal. Volveremos"
