"the location is very great, the price is good also, just step ahead from train station (solo balapan), so it very easy to reach. there are so many local food near the hotel. the room is not big but very comfy, facility is ok, but the cleanliness especially in bathroom need more improvement.. overall satisfied stays in this hotel"

"The room amenities, fitness facilities, and service were all excellent. Just a couple of minor suggestions: the toothbrush bristles were too hard and cheap, hurting my gums. Also, the font on the shower gel and shampoo bottles was too small for elderly people with poor eyesight to read, which needs improvement."

"The location is strategic, but the bathroom felt damp and smelled bad, and the towels also had an odor. Perhaps they could be replaced with new ones. We even tried changing towels yesterday, but it was still the same. The service was also a bit slow; I asked for towels last night, and they still hadn't been delivered by morning. I had to wait for the cleaning staff to pass by and ask for new ones. Hmm."

"The room is very small, but it's fine for a short stay. They do have a common area with free tea and coffee, which is a nice touch. However, what I didn’t like was the number of staff present during breakfast. It felt like they were watching what we ate too closely, which made me uncomfortable—almost as if they thought we were going to steal something. It would be better if guests were made to feel more relaxed and trusted."

"I choosed this hotel because was manage by dafam and that day all the hotel sorrounding that area has been fully booked and need to stay near that area coz my hubby has meeting in this area. A bit shocked while arrived at the hotel. For me its like a boarding house but again I can't except too much regards the room rate it's cheap.. the room it's ok, clean, the AC working good, not too small, but the pillows and especialy the bed sheet actually in my opinion, it is no longer suitable for use. A lot of stains on the bed sheet, maybe the laundry didn't wash it properly as I saw the sent out for washing.. Location of the hotel is near by with the Solo Oaragon Mall. Have coffee shop in the hotel with the nice taste coz we ordered coffee with brown sugar (forgot the name).. Sorry I didn't take any picture.."

"A month ago, I stayed at Zigna Kampung Batik for our family holiday. We booked the Deluxe Room and the Suite Room, and honestly we had such a pleasant experience here. We were really happy because the hotel gave us complimentary mirror art and a slice cake, such a sweet and thoughtful surprise. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! The location is super strategic, very close to Kampung Batik Laweyan and many great culinary spots in Solo, so it was easy for us to explore the city. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming during our stay, which made us feel comfortable. The facilities are also quite complete considering the price is still very affordable. Maybe the hotel can improve the cleanliness a little more, especially around the bathroom amenities area, and also minimize missed guest requests for an even better experience. Overall, our stay was really worth it and we truly enjoyed our time here. Definitely will come back again next time we visit Solo!"

"All good, the location is very strategic in the middle of the city. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, the amenities were complete too. The room was okay. The only downside from Bobopod Solo is the bathroom cleanliness. I’ve noticed the staff several times but it remained dirty, a lot of hair on the floor. Overall, 7.6/10. Would love to comeback and hopefully Bobopod Solo will improve its bathroom cleanliness."
