"The hotel's location is great, right across from JR Nagoya Station, and there are tons of food options nearby. The downsides are that the room is small, the bed is 1.2m, and the soundproofing isn't great. There's an all-you-can-eat BBQ place for 5500 yen per person, a chain unagi (eel) restaurant for 4500 yen, and a Ton-yama ramen shop for 1000 yen. I highly recommend all three – you won't be disappointed! Finally, a word about dynamic pricing (or 'big data price gouging' as I see it): I checked the hotel price a day before and it was over 400, but then I saw it for just over 300 at 3:50 PM on the day itself. That's a 100 difference – what a rip-off! 😭😭"

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's right in the Chunichi Building, which is directly accessible from Exit 13 of Sakae Station. You take the elevator from B1 up to the 24th floor for the hotel lobby. The room layout is great; you can fully open three large suitcases. There's an observation deck on the 7th floor where you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of Nagoya's nightscape. To get to Mitsukoshi Department Store, you can use the underground passage and come out at Exit 16. The hotel is also very convenient for Nagoya Station, just two subway stops away. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Nagoya."

"the ac was hot in the night, really hot. it's central ac, so we can't changed the temperature. there is no water to drink at all. the other hotel we stayed gave us mineral water / tap water that can be drink. the amenities : there wasn't sanitary bag on the toilet."

Because there is no requirement to clean the room every day, a bag of supplies will be delivered to the door every day I also gave them a sleeping mask and clothing deodorizing spray. "The 13.5 sqm room was really tiny. Even though I was prepared for it, it was still so small I could barely turn around. I only chose this place because the prices were too high during the three-day holiday. Breakfast was also very mediocre; I booked three nights with breakfast, but didn't bother going for the last two days."

"The room size is big enough and we cant find any hotel have such a size in Nagoya. All the staff are polite and able to communicate in English. This is exceptional compared to my experience in OMO... in Osaka where I needed to use Google translation app for communication. If you really want me to say any room for improvement, I would advice that the cleaning service. This is not about the 3 days deeping cleaning policy. It is about the slippers where they all threw under the seat or table. And I can also find that there are tissue or snacks under the table after cleaning. Anyway, I like this place and will definitely consider it again next time when I visit Nagoya."

"Very close to Sakae, about a 10-minute walk. You can find both budget-friendly and high-end shopping there. The airport bus stop is super convenient: turn left out of the hotel, cross the street, then turn right, and it's just a three-minute walk. The subway is also nearby, about a five-minute walk. I booked a twin room, which came with two chairs and a small round table. The space isn't huge but it's perfectly adequate. There's a laundry room, an ice machine, and even a microwave on each floor. The only downside was the long wait for the elevator."

"First off, the hotel's location is excellent, which was the main reason I booked it. Metro Exit 10 has an elevator, and it's just a 5-minute walk past a 7-Eleven to reach the hotel. You check in yourself at the lobby on the second floor. There's free luggage storage nearby, and a pantry with ice available, which is a great touch. The laundry room also provides complimentary disposable items, a very thoughtful variety! The room size was ample enough for two suitcases, and it was cleaned daily. Overall, a very satisfying stay. There are also famous fried chicken spots and many local restaurants around the hotel. Great value for money, highly recommend!"

"A bit of an older hotel but it was quite charming. My room had lots of sunshine. The floors were quite damaged. The AC worked well. When I arrived, my name was attached to a key with my room number on it, so check it was seamless. They offer free ramen for breakfast and water in the reception area. There is also a place outside where you can sit and eat during your stay. The room was also pretty large for the price. It had a small fridge (though mine wasn’t plugged in) and a table with a chair if you wanted to do some work or eat in your room. The bathroom had toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap."
