"今回の宿泊について、全体的にはまあまあ良かったと思います。確かに施設は古く、設備の老朽化も目立ちましたが、清掃はある程度行き届いており、快適さを求めすぎない方には十分だと思います。特にスタッフの対応は丁寧で、挨拶や質問への受け答えもしっかりしていました。この点においては、宿泊客に対する心遣いが感じられました。 しかしながら、非常に残念だった点があります。それは、私が予約時に明確に禁煙部屋を選択したにもかかわらず、実際には喫煙部屋に通されたことです。部屋に入った瞬間から煙草の臭いが強く漂い、とても不快でした。フロントに相談しようとも考えましたが、当日遅く到着したこともあり、疲れていたため、やむを得ずその部屋で過ごすことにしました。 三日間の滞在中、煙草の臭いは完全に消えることなく、服や荷物、さらには自分の体にも臭いが染みついてしまいました。帰宅後に荷物を整理しているときも、臭いが気になるほどで、この点が旅行全体の満足感を大きく損ねました。 宿泊施設として、禁煙部屋を選択した顧客に対して喫煙部屋を割り当てることは、非常に問題があると感じます。これは顧客の健康や快適さに直接影響を与えるだけでなく、信頼感にも影響します。今後、このようなミスが改善されることを強く望みます。 総じて、古い施設であることを差し引いても、禁煙に関する対応が不十分であったため、次回利用することは難しいかもしれません。他の利用者の方々が同様の経験をしないことを願っています。"

"The front desk staff were incredibly polite, and when I mentioned that I might be checking in late since I had traveled from Nikko to Sano, they assured me they could accommodate me 24 hours a day, which eased my anxiety and made me feel at ease during my stay. It's a very clean hotel, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores and izakayas (Japanese pubs). It's also in a great location for visiting the Sano outlet mall the next day. Thank you very much!"

"I had a memorial service and used three rooms, one for each person. I'm grateful that they prepared all of the rooms on the same floor as I requested. The room was spacious enough for one person to relax in, and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast the next morning was delicious, with both Japanese and Western food. The staff and cleaning staff were very polite and left a very good impression! Thank you for your help!"
