"You can see the building from the bus center. After getting off the bus, cross the road, walk straight, and turn left for a few minutes, and you're there. The room is spacious, and the bathroom's shower and tub areas are also generous. The air conditioning was already on and cooling the room. You have a sea view as soon as you look up. It's close to the roadside station (michi-no-eki), the sightseeing boat pier, and the Sarugaki-iwa (monkey rock) area. There are two convenience stores within a few minutes' walk. There's a hot spring on the top floor, but it's a bit hot to use in the summer. There are several restaurants in the direction of the sightseeing boat pier. I ate twice at one garden restaurant, and there's a delicious noodle shop called 'Nami Hishibuki' in the direction of the michi-no-eki. The sunset at Sarugaki-iwa is beautiful."

"For us it is the second time in this wonderful hotel and every time it is like living a dream: it feels like being in a bubble thanks to all the well-being in which you are immersed. You are pampered by every service present and by the kindness of the staff, which makes you feel at home. The food is simply divine and you would just like to have a more spacious stomach so you could taste more and more. Nature is unsurpassed, every day you find yourself meeting spectacular creatures even just going out a short distance away. You will not find a similar place in all of Japan, where man meets nature in a perfect combination of balance, harmony and deep respect. "Conveniently located: bus station, tren station, convenience store, walking distance to the bridge (watch eagles) and to the beach. I wish they had some meals to purchase in the New Year holiday. No food at all."

"The view from the room was really nice. The lounge was comfy and we enjoyed watching olympics in the evening. Breakfast is really early, which is convenient for going out on tours etc, but not so great for the days you want to sleep in.. Also, we kind of felt like the hotel makes guests do too many things themselves. I understand that the region is understaffed but for the level they try to sell as, the service quality was not what you would expect."

"The hotel is built on a mountain, and trying to walk around was quite tiring. The room was spacious, but housekeeping doesn't come daily. Currently, all of Japan is embracing eco-friendliness, so most hotels only clean every two nights, and some even every three nights. Those who sign up for tours or activities will be picked up directly at the hotel. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the Utoro Bus Center. If you miss the shuttle, I believe the hotel can also arrange a drop-off. The buffet was extensive, but eating the same things every day got a bit boring. Personally, I still prefer set meals. I tasted something sour in the chawanmushi. At first, I thought my taste buds were off, but after smelling it, I confirmed it was indeed sour and informed the staff. The public bath has several pools. The open-air hot spring bath is a bit small, but it wasn't crowded."

"It is a large B&B on a hillside. The owner will explain everything about staying here very carefully to the customers. It is very impressive. The whole environment is well organized and well managed. It makes you feel at home. This time I stayed in a new hotel. Floor, there is a faint scent of mats in the spacious room, the dinner is sumptuous, the service in the cafeteria is very good, and the sense of ceremony is full. After dinner, I soaked in the hot springs, which was very comfortable to relieve fatigue. I saw many people traveling on motorcycles staying here There are many high-end motorcycles here, which shows that it is a popular inn. I will choose to stay here next time."

"Nice big hotel with spacious lobby. Rooms are also spacious making our 2 nights stay comfortable and relaxing. Onsen bath especially the outdoor bath is awesome with the right lighting and ambience. We booked the rooms with breakfast and dinner. Buffet spread is good. We will recomm6this hotel to our friends. Thanks"

"The apartment was well located with wonderful views of the ocean & harbour, especially during sunset. Rooms were clean with many amenities in common areas such as complimentary tea/coffee and some sodas. However, do take not that rooms don’t come with on suite bathrooms (only toilet). Showering facilities are all shared (genders are separated), so worth considering for those who mind. Otherwise, it is a really wonderful accommodation, would recommend!"

"Excellent service from the staff. A lovely cottage. Breakfast and dinner was excellent. There wasn’t any air conditioning which made it unbearably warm, fortunately the temperature dropped as the night progressed and we had a good night’s rest"
