"Spent three nights here, overall good especially considering the price, just 10 min walk from the station, walking distance to all attractions Self check in, no staff Bed is nice, comfortable and clean, the bathroom is too but walls, bed's headboard and chair are incredibily dirty, clearly a mistake to get textured/cloth-covered walls and chairs because the stains are almost impossible to clean, the overall vibe of the room feels dirty even if it's clearly been cleaned (and floor, bed, bathroom are clean)."

"The hotel is surrounded by plenty of dining options, which is incredibly convenient. The area really comes alive at night. While the room size is a bit on the smaller side, the facilities are brand new and everything is spotless. Plus, on the second floor, you can do some light cooking, and there are small meeting rooms, a gym, and a laundry room available. I'd definitely recommend staying here for business trips."

"I highly recommend the Marriot Hotel! My stay here was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all expectations.✨ The cleanliness was exceptional. The room was spotless, the bedding clean and fluffy, and the bathroom free of any strange odors. You could tell the housekeeping team paid great attention to detail, making for a truly comfortable stay. The hotel's ambiance is superb. It's conveniently located, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The hotel's interior design is simple yet elegant, and the public areas are clean and quiet. The soundproofing is excellent too, so I wasn't disturbed at all and had a very restful sleep. The service was impeccable! The front desk staff were warm and professional. Check-in and check-out were quick, and they were always prompt in responding to any requests. Their attentiveness throughout made me feel especially welcome. The room facilities were complete and brand new. The deluxe twin room was spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the toiletries were of good quality. All the amenities were well-provided, perfectly meeting my travel needs. Whether you're traveling solo or on a business trip, this hotel is an excellent choice. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit and have already recommended it to my friends!"

"The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, which was a minor inconvenience, and I also struggled a bit without hot water for coffee and other hot drinks. However, the location is excellent, very close to the city walls, and I had no trouble finding places to eat nearby. The hotel also has a convenience store attached to the front lobby, which was very handy. I would definitely consider staying here again if I visit Suwon."

"Family room is big with 2 queen beds. Room is clean and amenities provided is good with water dispenser machine, teabag and coffee mix at floor level. Newly built located next to arte hotel. However, there is no shower curtain, as such the floor is pretty wet after each shower. It may be good that there are more hooks or hangers provided in a family room for 4 pax use. Location - near many good eateries and restaurants, and drinking places. CU is just opposite the hotel which is a plus. For travellers who are not driving, its a hassle to pull your bag through uneven pavement to find the hotel. (Nearest suwon city hall stop). We requested for leave luggage at reception which was obliged before and after check in and out."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the service attitude was good. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Check-out was also quick. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. I had a pleasant stay."

"The accommodation was clean and offered good value for money. The 1 PM checkout time allowed for ample time to prepare. While there were no amenities or towels provided, it wasn't inconvenient. Having several chairs available was a plus."

"It's conveniently located near Suwon Station. The room is exactly as shown in the photos, and it was a comfortable stay. I arrived in the evening after traveling from out of town, and I was quite surprised to learn that people who booked through Trip.com couldn't use the hotel's parking lot. As a result, I ended up scraping my car while exiting the parking lot. ㅠㅠ I inquired about nearby parking and was told I could park there, so thankfully I had a comfortable stay. Still, it was conveniently located near the station, making transportation and access to the nearby shopping district a breeze, so it was a satisfactory stay for the price."

"This hotel was amazing, like wow. It was in the heart of the busyness which I kinda liked. It almost felt like New York, no-one really sleeps. If you're into street food, walking and just good vibes, then this hotel is for you. The room was massive and well designed. Huge uhd TV. Espresso machine which I found to be cool. Just the aura of this hotel was stunning, modern and clean. Came with lots of snacks and teas."

"The room was nice and spacious, and there's a street with bars and BBQ joints nearby. However, the hotel's entrance was incredibly hard to find; I had to circle around three or four times just to locate it after work. The front desk staff consistently wore black masks, making them seem as if they didn't want to be seen, which I found quite strange. Furthermore, the KTV (karaoke bar) just one street away employs 'princesses' (hostesses). Had I known this beforehand, I wouldn't have booked here. As a woman, I felt a bit unsafe walking on that street. I strongly advise female business travelers, especially those in China, to avoid booking accommodations on this street behind City Hall."
