Amazing
GGuest UserThis was my first visit to Suwon, and I had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, looked just like the photos, and the bed was comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. I arrived late, but check-in was easy, and the staff were very kind and helpful even though I don’t speak Korean. One evening, I wanted to order Korean fried chicken but couldn’t use the local delivery apps, so the front desk helped me place the order. I really appreciated their help and enjoyed eating the chicken in my room. There are restaurants and a 24-hour convenience store nearby, and it was easy to take a taxi to Suwon Hwaseong. I would stay here again.

AAndiswaAThe locations was great 😊, there’s a chilled street for those who like peace where the hotel is located and there are busy streets for those who like to party and it’s a walking distance. The hotel is like 7 minutes walk away from the train station which made traveling very easy. There are a lot of activities to do in Suwon . The hotel is clean and I loved the check out at 12:00 . The check in was a bit late 16:00 but it was no bother since we wanted to explore the city anyways. The service was great and there was someone who spoke a bit of English at the check in counter which is good for foreigners 💃🏽❤️

오오늘의여행자It's a very clean and practical place to stay.
The room condition was almost exactly as shown in the photos. The bedding was neat and tidy, which made a great first impression. ❤️ The mattress was firm enough to sleep well without sinking in. The jacuzzi was large and deep, making it a great place to soak. It's the best!
Overall, it's a great value, and it's perfect for those who value cleanliness and practicality. :)

NNnnnnnnnnnnmAlthough the building seems a bit dated, the room—including the bathroom, bed, and table—was spotless, so you don't need to worry about hygiene at all. The owner was also very kind. I left my luggage before check-in and asked about the neighborhood's safety; I was really grateful that they gave me their business card and told me to call if anything happened, even though it is a safe area. It might have been a coincidence, but when I checked in, they assigned me a room close to the front desk, which gave me a great sense of security even when returning late at night. I highly recommend this place for solo female travelers. Thank you, owner!

DDale116This hotel was amazing, like wow. It was in the heart of the busyness which I kinda liked. It almost felt like New York, no-one really sleeps. If you're into street food, walking and just good vibes, then this hotel is for you. The room was massive and well designed. Huge uhd TV. Espresso machine which I found to be cool. Just the aura of this hotel was stunning, modern and clean. Came with lots of snacks and teas.

GGuest UserI got a great deal on my stay. The room was spotless, and the towels were fresh, making for a pleasant experience. While amenities like shampoo were available for 1,000 won, I didn't use them as I had brought my own. Complimentary water and canned drinks were also provided.

YYunekiThe bigger bath towel is only given 1 piece for a double room that I booked for 2 nights. Toilet paper need to be thrown into the rubbish bin and yet there’s no bidet at the toilet bowl. Would recommend adding this feature. Room is not cleaned after one night stay. Not too sure if you’ll need to make special requests. The room has an aircon unit but the Aircond were switched off centrally and cannot be used. Room has floor heating so the room is warm. You’ll need to open the window to let the cool air in. Stayed during Jan in winter. Hotel is a tad old. The basin has no stopper and turn moldy green

SSolo AceI have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

AaricarSpent three nights here, overall good especially considering the price, just 10 min walk from the station, walking distance to all attractions
Self check in, no staff
Bed is nice, comfortable and clean, the bathroom is too but walls, bed's headboard and chair are incredibily dirty, clearly a mistake to get textured/cloth-covered walls and chairs because the stains are almost impossible to clean, the overall vibe of the room feels dirty even if it's clearly been cleaned (and floor, bed, bathroom are clean).
