"Great location, this is my second time staying here. It's an easy 800-meter walk from where the bus drops you off coming from Manila. It's also within walking distance of the commercial center, which is very convenient. I really like this place; even the budget rooms have windows with a view."

"Had an awesome stay here at Lafaayette! The rooms were very clean, and the towels, linens, and complimentary kits were fancy and complete. We didn’t even need to call the front desk because everything we needed was already provided upon check-in. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was also very good. The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of town, making it easy to get around. A great place indeed, truly the perfect combination of luxury and superb service. We would definitely love to stay here again!"

"The place was affordable and great for backpackers. The receptionist was so kind and accommodating. He allowed us to leave the bags after checkout. Also, he continuously to keep in touch for inquiries."

"The room was very clean considering the hotel only opened recently. Staff was very helpful and attentive. We were allowed to check in 2 hrs earlier for free. They also kept our luggage safely tucked away after we checked out giving us the opportunity to go around the city without carrying them. Unfortunately, the gym and pool were still closed for renovation. The roof deck would’ve been an excellent place to spend time had it been given the thought and attention it deserved. The artificial turf was soaking wet and unsafe to walk on despite the fact that it didn’t rain that evening. It was a shame because the view of the surrounding area from the roof deck was easily the highlight of the hotel. Lastly, breakfast could have been better. The food options could have been thought out better. The ”tuyo” served that morning wasn’t edible leaving guests to choose between chicken afritada, luncheon meat, corned beef, and sautéed cabbage."

"The service was satisfactory, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The location is conveniently close to tourist attractions, particularly Burnham Park, and our room offered a beautiful view of SM Baguio, especially when framed by the fog. One minor downside is that without transportation or mobile service, the uphill walk can be quite steep and physically demanding, especially in the cold weather, though it certainly makes for a good workout. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"A lovely quaint hotel with a distinct vibe. Perfect location, next to the bus station and walking distance to the city center. Stable fast WiFi, hot shower with good pressure, good quality breakfast (the choice is somewhat limited but the quality is excellent, even by European standards). The only downside for me was the whistle blown at the bus station throughout the night. I am normally a deep sleeper but it woke me up, at some point some children crying across the hall added to the noise. I guess the reason is that the building is rather old and the windows are old-fashioned, so better bring ear plugs if noise bothers you. The service was nice, we were allowed to check in earlier and check out later as well (both around 12:30nn). Overall, I really liked my stay!"

"We stayed at NYC Manhattan Suites from May 11–16, 2026 and overall had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and were consistently friendly, respectful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of exploring Baguio. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel since it was away from the busy and crowded areas, making it ideal for guests who want a quiet and relaxing stay. The surroundings also added to the calm and cozy feeling of the place. We also enjoyed the food and appreciated the services and amenities provided during our stay. The overall environment was pleasant and suitable for families, friends, or anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting the city. Not to mention the cute and handsome staff who had such beautiful smiles that really made me feel kilig every time I saw him 😊 I didn’t even get to ask for his name because I was too shy to ask lol. Thank you to the management and staff for making our May 11–16 stay enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciate your hospitality and would gladly recommend NYC Manhattan Suites to others and consider staying here again on our future visits to Baguio."

"9/10 Very accommodating staff, clean room, and complete amenities. They provide towels, shampoo, and soap, plus there’s a 7/11 downstairs. Casa Bel is in the basement, so just ask the guards, landmarks are Polylite Baguio or PNB Village Upper at the M.M. Gara Building. Transportation is easy with taxis right outside. It’s 2.1 km from the city, costing around ₱100–₱150. Breakfast is delivered on time, the WiFi is fast, and YouTube works smoothly."

"Stayed for 2 nights at Sotogrande Baguio and had a wonderful experience. We arrived a bit early before the check-in time, and the receptionists, Ms. Kiev and Ms. Mar was very accommodating and honest in updating us about the room status. Since the room was still being prepared, we decided to have lunch first at the restaurant. Ms. Jo from the restaurant was also very attentive and helpful in taking and serving our orders. What truly stood out was when Ms. Kiev personally went to the restaurant just to hand over our room key once the room became available. Such a simple yet thoughtful gesture was highly appreciated. Kudos to the entire Sotogrande Baguio staff for the excellent hospitality and special shout-out to “Boss D” of the F&B Department. Thank you for making my birthday get-away more comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!"
