"We stayed at NYC Manhattan Suites from May 11–16, 2026 and overall had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and were consistently friendly, respectful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of exploring Baguio. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel since it was away from the busy and crowded areas, making it ideal for guests who want a quiet and relaxing stay. The surroundings also added to the calm and cozy feeling of the place. We also enjoyed the food and appreciated the services and amenities provided during our stay. The overall environment was pleasant and suitable for families, friends, or anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting the city. Not to mention the cute and handsome staff who had such beautiful smiles that really made me feel kilig every time I saw him 😊 I didn’t even get to ask for his name because I was too shy to ask lol. Thank you to the management and staff for making our May 11–16 stay enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciate your hospitality and would gladly recommend NYC Manhattan Suites to others and consider staying here again on our future visits to Baguio."

I was also incredibly impressed by the hotel staff's service and attentiveness (^^) I have absolutely no complaints! ✨ The location was fantastic for getting anywhere, and it made for a wonderful trip to Baguio with my girlfriend! "The hotel was good. The only issue I had was the TV on my room was broken before I checked in. I had to report it right away to avoid getting charged. Overall, its a nice hotel but just be wary that its located on a very steep slope so it takes a huge effort just to go back and forth to the city center. The food is great. I would really recommend the massage spa. Its a must try!!"

"We had a wonderful 3-days stay at Lee boutique hotel. The atmosphere feels homey and welcoming, making it easy to settle in right away. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, with fresh sheets and towels, which added to the comfort. I especially appreciated that the TV comes with Netflix, perfect for winding down after a day out. Our room also had a AC, a balcony with a lovely view, which made mornings and evenings extra enjoyable. The staff were consistently kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth really elevated the experience. The only downside I noticed was that the bathtub can be a bit slippery, so guests should be cautious."

"Excellent service all through! From the guys assisting outside with the Vehicles to the most friendly front desk staff and a clean comfortable lobby, this place ROCKS!!! The restaurant Amare La Cucina is on the same site, they serve excellent Italian Cuisine with wood fire oven pizza, was a very pleasant experience, also had great tasting baby back ribs. I would give this restaurant a 10 out of 10! Along with the hotel. 10 out of 10!"

"Had a relaxing time and planned to come back again. Just noticed that vouchers were only given after asking about it - not that I'm all interested but regardless if the guest will use it or not, it should be given to the guest upfront upon check in. Overall, relaxing and have a great time with friends and family was achieved. Thank you and keep up the smiles."

"We enjoyed our stay in Azalea in Baguio. The food is also great! I’m glad I found a good deal in Trip.com site. Good location but hope they would put up a fitness center. They have spacious parking unlike other hotels. The staff are also accommodating. Thank you for being part of my family’s New yeae vacation. I wish we could have booked earlier."

The cold weather in Baguio made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were always polite and attentive to our needs. The hotel was also conveniently located near popular tourist spots, making it easy for us to explore the city. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, and I would definitely love to stay there again in the future."
