"The hotel is located about 400 meters down a small road off the main Daoin road, which can be quite inconvenient if you don't have a scooter. You'll need to ask the front desk to rent one, as there are no scooter rentals available on the main road either. The service was good, and the scenery inside the hotel is also lovely. The room was spacious and had a balcony. It's especially beautiful when the sun is out."

"It's a bit difficult to review this hotel. What made us most angry was that they charged us a child fee when we arrived at the hotel, so friends with children should pay attention, which is about 180 per night. Secondly, we found that they were renovating the new building, so it was relatively dirty and there was a bit of paint smell. The renovation was still going on at 8 pm on the first night. There was no phone in his room, so every time you needed service, it was very difficult, and you had to run to the front desk yourself... The room was generally clean on the second day of the hotel, but I thought her room was cleaned very well when we checked in on the first day. At first, we booked a cabin, which was very interesting. "We spent 3 days at this resort. We have mixed feelings. I'll start with the good. The staff was excellent and provided great service. Offering to bring our meals to our room, the pool deck or dining area. Always polite and cheerful. Our room was clean, comfortable and properly supplied. There is a spring fed small hot pool area and a large salt water pool. The questionable: This is an older resort and is showing its age. Exterior exposed, electrical wiring was obviuos and questionable (by USA standards) concrete and tiles were cracked. The bad: the grassy areas had litter, bottle caps and cigarette butts. Small rock made walking a cautious experience. The beach area had debris. The drive from the main highway to the resort was concrete, Except, the last 200 meters. That stretch was dirt with large rocks and muddy areas that made transiting on tricycle almost prohibitive. It should be paved. Again, more trash which diminished the quality of the resort. Having said all that, we would consider staying there in the future, primarily because of the staff."

"The room is large and the facilities are relatively complete, but the quilt is a bit thick. Although there is air conditioning at night, it is still hot. You can dive in the sea near the hotel swimming pool and see turtles. The female owner of the hotel's diving shop is very enthusiastic and lent us life jackets for snorkeling. The hotel service staff are very hospitable and the experience is excellent."

"Advantages: The facilities in the house are excellent, the room is very large, and it is very close to the sea, suitable for soaking in the hotel for vacation. The price is really expensive compared to the Philippines, but it is still very cheap compared to China. Disadvantages: I went snorkeling three times, nothing, really nothing... I read the comments before saying that there are a lot of fish, but I didn't see it. I was very disappointed; the waiters are all kind to you on the surface, we Enjoyed the service of delivering food to the house, and tipped almost every time, but no one told us that the delivery fee was charged separately. When I finally checked out, I saw the delivery bill and it was not very comfortable to be honest. The fee is based on a percentage; again, I broke a tray of soap in the house, and asked me how much it was when I checked out. I asked me more than 2,000 pesos! Later, I looked at the compensation price list and said that the item corresponding to this price was not broken by us. It was not quite right. Then she said, oh, what you said is not this. Whether it is deliberate or not, I don't feel very comfortable. If I hadn't found out, wouldn't it be useless to get so much money? "I really liked the location. Family hotel right on the beach. Cozy courtyard. Black sand. Tides do not interfere with swimming, which is important in the Philippines. The food is good in the hotel cafe. All guests were invited to Christmas dinner! For free! We had fun and played games. This is considered the best place for swimming in Dugamete (Dauin)"

"The service was warm and thoughtful, the hotel had a very good view, clean and hygienic, the room was relatively large, and the family had no problems with the three. The last time I went, the bath in the bathroom was not very good. I have no problem with this time, and it is a little farther away from the city."

The hotel is small, very quiet, and the shop manager and staff are professional and friendly. Unfortunately, in time for the typhoon, the dive shop manager arranged to go to Apo Island ahead of time and saved our trip. I spent the last two days learning a hyperoxia course. This holiday is really not wasted. Thank you, Nic.

The whole hotel is very nice, just a little small, only 9 rooms, for 26 guests. But the room is large, the hotel is quiet, the holiday is very comfortable, the pool is small, breakfast is average. Diving (three times the market price) and calling a car are relatively expensive, and the restaurant is slightly more expensive than the outside. All service staff are very good. But I don't understand it. It's a good hotel. The road into the hotel turned out to be a few hundred meters long country bumpy road. It was so boring that every time you take a TUTU car, you must be dizzy. The kitchen is good, but I think it's a display, because if you use the kitchen for 100US/day, it won't cost you a lot of food at any restaurant outside.

This hotel was not in the travel plan. It was really because the domestic epidemic was too serious at that time. More than a dozen people in the family thought that they could only stay at home for isolation at home. However, I am really glad to choose this diving resort, a family of 12 people stayed here for 8 days and were very satisfied. The hotel service is very good. We took a boat from Sumilon Island to the dock hotel in Dumaguete and sent two business vehicles to pick us up. They also sent us to the Urban Immigration Bureau for visa extension. I heard that the hotel is the best resort in Dumaguete City, and so it is. The hotel environment is very good, and the room decoration style is also my favorite. However, the best thing is that the garden apartment has a kitchen where you can cook your own meals. You have to know that the whole family stayed in Sumilon Island for a week before coming here. What a painful thing it is to eat in the hotel restaurant all week What is famous is the food depression, there is really no delicious restaurant. So what does a hotel with kitchen facilities mean to us? Every time the hotel car sent us to the urban supermarket to purchase, it was a full car back to the hotel. Of course, the most important thing is that the children of the whole family took the OW certification in these 8 days. My little nephew and I also took the A test. The teaching of diving instructors here is very strict. The domestic diving certification is that you only need to pay for the course of two or three days after paying the money, but the instructor here is that you do not fully master the swimming pool skills, even the teaching in the sea My brother was 11 years old and the coach just gave him five days of class because of the lack of movements. It was really too responsible. The Chinese coach Layla is particularly nice and patient. The children like her very much. The hotel's consumption is not high. After the dive certificate, our family rented a dive boat to Apo Island. It includes all equipment and dive guide fees and underwater photographer fees. Compared with other places, the price is really very cheap, and the diving boat is also very professional, and the facilities are very good. In short, for me who loves diving, this hotel should probably go again at the Games.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the quilt was thick enough. The couple had a story to tell. They always put the customers first and provided nanny-like service. They helped us a lot in the past two days, took us to the weekend market, and cooked delicious meals for us. Their seawater hot spring golden soup was very comfortable and good stuff. If you want to eat, you need to inform them in advance, and they will buy fresh soup and cook it on the same day.

This was my first stay here, and the hospitality was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. The location is perfect right by the beach, quiet, and very relaxing. Plus, meeting 'Sausage' the dog was a highlight! However, I am very disappointed with the booking management. My first booking was canceled even though rooms showed as available, forcing me to rebook a different category and wait for a refund. Later, I tried to extend my stay for another 3 nights, but that was canceled as well. It’s a shame because I love the place, but the unreliable system makes me hesitant to book again. I highly suggest the hotel syncs their real-time availability to prevent these frustrating cancellations.
