"Facilities: As other guests have mentioned, the bed and pillows are too soft, which isn't great for your neck. The bedside lamp can't be turned off from the bed; you have to go to the room's entrance. The light switch for the bathroom is hidden behind the wardrobe, which is pushed against the wall. I almost couldn't find it, and if my hand were a bit fatter, I wouldn't have been able to reach it. There's nowhere to put your clothes when showering. The curtains are blackout, but they don't extend all the way to the wall, so light always seeps into the room. The showerhead can't be fixed at a certain height and keeps sliding down. I reported this to the front desk on my second night, but it wasn't resolved by the time I checked out. Cleanliness: I stayed for 4 nights, and there were cockroaches on my first night, and every night thereafter 😭. There were also geckos. Service: The front desk staff were all very helpful."

"The room was noisy all night. I'm not sure if it was the sound of the AC condenser, because there's a recessed area on the balcony right next to the room. Construction for the hotel started at 6 AM, with constant sounds of trolleys and moving stuff. I was on the 3rd floor, and it felt like I was staying in a storage room for the hotel, with constant noise (the 2nd floor is the lobby)."

"I've stayed at Tivoli Oakwood Residence many times when I visit Bangkok, and it's become my top choice. The overall value for money is exceptional for this area. The rooms are apartment-style with basic kitchenware and a refrigerator, making them perfect for self-catering or short-term stays. The location is excellent, close to the subway station, which saves a lot of time and hassle when traveling to major shopping districts and attractions. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, so you can easily grab snacks, daily necessities, or quick meals, making daily life incredibly convenient. "Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying. Check-in at the front desk was very efficient, and the staff were warm, polite, and quick to respond to any requests, offering thoughtful and meticulous service. The room was impeccably clean; the floors, bedding, and bathroom were spotless and odor-free, and toiletries were neatly arranged – hygiene was clearly a top priority. "Riskee Residence (Ngamwongwan) This hotel is really great! From its location to the parking and the rooms, all for a price that's just a few hundred baht! The hotel has parking available, and there's a Turtle Vending machine downstairs. The room was very clean, the bed was soft, and I slept soundly and comfortably. The only downside is that the room isn't very soundproof; you can hear outside noises, people walking by, and housekeepers cleaning. But overall, it's okay. You can check out at 12:00 PM, which is nice. All amenities are provided: hairdryer, toothbrush, shampoo, and soap. It's totally worth it!"

"The front desk staff were different during check-in and check-out, but both were lovely and polite. They even walked me to the elevator and pressed the floor for me. Outside the room, it was quite noisy; I could hear every time other rooms opened or closed their doors. Inside, the bed was soft, the bathroom was clean, and the room smelled nice. My room faced the street, so I could hear the cars quite clearly. If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend a room facing the road near the highway; definitely request a different one. Personally, it wasn't an issue for me. (There's a 1,000 baht cash deposit for the key card, which you get back at check-out)."

"If you are looking for luxury this isn’t it, but if you want a clean room, comfy bed and really hospitable staff then yes. Amenities aren’t much but the room has a TV, kettle and you get the teas at check in or when you get cleaning service with 2 bottles of water. There isn’t much of a view but there, is anyways someone there to help you carry your bags. There is street food outside if you are willing to walk. It is safe and everyone is friendly. It was close to the regent condo my friend stayed at so it was convenient for me."

"It's not my first time staying here. it's a pretty good budget hotel. they also offer discount rates for longer stays. most of the studio rooms are similar but rooms closer to the street side of the building will be a bit noisier of course. overall a great value."

The accommodation was absolutely charming. The room was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was large and comfortable. It's conveniently located near Nonthaburi Pier, where you can catch boats across the Chao Phraya River to the Nonthaburi Night Market in the evenings – perfect for a relaxing stroll. The reception staff were incredibly cheerful, friendly, and provided excellent, personable service. For breakfast, I highly recommend the Tom Yum fried rice; it was unbelievably delicious and only 59 baht! Overall, a truly wonderful experience.

The pool was fantastic and perfect for anyone who loves pools and wants to relax. Breakfast wasn't particularly luxurious, but it was certainly adequate. Also, you could call a taxi and one would come, so it felt tailored for people who want to take it easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. Not just here, but at restaurants in general, you can't use cash, so it's a good idea to have a credit card.

The palace was more like a small condo. Very dated and nothing flashy . However it had AC , fridge , tv , shower and modern toilet , security and cleaning service.  On the positive The location was close to 7/11 , temples , Big c shops , movies , international school and cosmetic hospitals only short walk or drive  One negative - no kettle  For the price I paid I think it was satisfactory .

Had a good experience staying here with friends. It's located in Nonthaburi and has a hotel-like atmosphere, even though it also functions as a residence. While the building is starting to show its age, it's not run-down at all. There's always staff on site.

Affordable price Clean room, quiet, comfortable sleep. Close to places to eat, easy to travel to, the staff are friendly and welcoming, well looked after and safe, but the entrance may be a bit difficult to see, but overall I'm very satisfied. If I have the opportunity, I'll go back and stay here again.
