The location is the hotel's biggest asset, making it incredibly convenient for tourists. Location: 5/5 You cannot beat this spot! It's perfectly situated in the city center, making it an easy and pleasant walk to the main Walking Street for evening markets and shopping. There are many popular cafes and excellent restaurants right outside the door, so you'll never be stuck for a meal or coffee. Value: 5/5 The price is very cheap, offering excellent value for money, especially considering the prime location. Rooms & Comfort: 3/5 The rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, I have to be honest—the decor and furnishings make the room look not very comfortable or inviting. It’s functional and clean, but definitely basic. Noise Level: 2/5 A major downside is the poor sound isolation. You can clearly hear noise from the hallway, outside, and sometimes from neighboring rooms. If you are a light sleeper, be prepared for potential disturbances, especially on busy nights or weekends. Overall Impression: If your priority is a cheap, clean, and centrally located place to sleep while you spend most of your time exploring Pai, this hotel is a perfect match. If you are looking for a cozy, quiet, or luxurious room experience, you might want to consider other options. Recommended for: Solo travelers, backpackers, and budget-conscious couples."

"I definitely want to come back with my wife next time to relax and swim. We stayed for three days and tried to extend for another day, but it was fully booked. The breakfast was also great. For a 4-star hotel, it's incredibly good value for money!"

"Nice small resort. Good vibe. Go for the larger villas facing the river. Price difference not not much. They are much quieter. The village villas are not villas but more like a cabin, so not sound proof and packed near each other. Breakfast is modest. Great friendly staff. Good Italian restaurant. "This place is just on the main area of PAI. This is a modern hotel with great facilities and swimming pool. The hotel staffs are very kind. Room had a great view alongside absolutely clean and comfortable. The minibar contains many complimentary snacks, cookies and drinks. I had a great stay, The breakfast could be improved a bit."

"Deluxe River View Rooms The room comes with a lovely river-view balcony, and the location is very convenient — just cross the bamboo bridge and you’ll reach Pai Walking Street. Breakfast is not included, but there’s a local Thai aunty at the reception area selling traditional morning dishes, which is a nice touch. A comfortable and convenient place to stay in Pai!"

"Same as others’ comments there are quite a lot of insects but it is normal for this town. It’s also the reason for us to choose the room on the second floor. There are only two staffs but they are nice and helpful. Good experience for sleep inside the mosquito bar 😆"

"The location of this was excellent. 5 minutes walk into town, but remote enough for peace. Amazon coffee & 7-11 opposite. No kettle in the room, but hot water in reception & coffee in the morning. The most comfortable bed ever!! Beautiful views of nature."

"The hotel is on the bank of the Bai River, and there is a pontoon to walk to the market. The staff are warm and thoughtful and helped to walk a long way with luggage. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Maybe they just came from the Tree House Hotel and finally feel relieved. I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast is rich, the order system, the service is very nice. The swimming pool was very clean, but unfortunately, it rained for a long time the next day. The water in the pool was cold and the children could not swim as expected. Compared to the weekend night market in Chiang Mai, the night market here is more suitable for eating and walking. The fruit pancakes are really delicious!"

"The location is good, the breakfast is provided, and the accommodation itself is old and worn, but the overall atmosphere is pretty! It was nice to be able to feel the sensibility of Paimanㅎㅎ There were ants in the bathroom and window frame, but they didn't come up to the bed!!😁 The owner? was also kind, and I was going to go on a sunrise tour alone at dawn, but there was a staff member guarding the lobby, so I felt reassured👍🏻"
