"We chose the hotel for one night and we can definitely say that the price/quality matches. The hotel is inexpensive, but old and it shows.
Pros: inexpensive, clean and tidy, pleasant staff, breakfast was good, there is a bus stop nearby (sometimes minibuses stop right at the entrance to the hotel, you need to ask the staff)
Cons: no toothbrushes, far from the main attractions (there are a couple nearby), shower gel and shampoo are the same, there was a feeling of dampness, our room had a window into some kind of technical room, in another room the window overlooked the courtyard"

"Great and cozy hotel with very friendly and polite staff. The design is beautiful, and the breakfast area is very cute and pleasant. The location is excellent, it’s protected from the wind and noticeably warmer than other parts of Bodrum.
The room includes a small coffee machine, as well as shower gel, shampoo, and bathrobes. The shower itself is great, and the water gets properly hot, which is not always common in touristic places.
The only thing I would recommend is requesting a room on the second floor if possible when booking. The hotel is located in an old historical building, so if you stay on the first floor you may hear people walking in the rooms above."

"Great location right by the sea with plenty of food and drink options nearby. The room was small but had everything I needed and was very clean. It lacked a table and chairs though, so there wasn't a good place to put my bag. There's an outdoor pool available from 9 AM to 8 PM. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was included."

I feel very comfortable here and liked everything. A quiet, peaceful hotel without the hustle and bustle and a huge number of people.
I had half board: buffet breakfast (great variety) and dinner (6 menus to choose from, which includes soup, salad, usually seasonal, and a second course)
The room was cleaned every day, no complaints, they left 1.5 liters of drinking water.
There is also a kitchen with everything you need, all the dishes and cooking utensils.
In the evenings it is calm and quiet, in the distance you can hear a little music from the neighboring hotel. Birds sing all day, also a lot of swallows with nests)
3 pools + 1 children's, decent outdoor furniture and sun loungers.
There is no beach 👎
It is located on a slope - a very beautiful panorama and not far from all the points of attraction in the city.
Dinner in the room from half board is not possible 🚫
At the reception, 1 employee speaks Russian very well, with the rest of the staff through a translator, if you do not know English.
Transfer to the airport - 1700 lira (38 euros), the staff themselves will call a taxi for you 🚕
It is better to take a room with a sea view, it will be on the 2nd floor and always a peaceful view!

"The hotel/apartment was absolutely phenomenal! It had very modern facilities and amenities. It was a clean and modern apartment. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows and quiet at night. Very nice shower. I loved the use of the oven in the kitchen as well as the washing machine in the bathroom. The grounds were kept very neat and clean. I had a lovely view from my porch. It is a bit of a hike to get down the hill to the closest grocery store and then to bring your groceries back up. Another disadvantage of the location is that it is difficult to get a ride from their local rideshare app. However, there are taxis in the area. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was professional and friendly!"

"City hotel with a great location, in the very center of the city on a pedestrian street. Helpful staff, always ready to help. The room was cleaned and towels were changed daily, shampoo, shower gel and soap were always available, there are more than one pair of slippers in the room.
A very comfortable bed, there is a warm blanket, after sleep I felt rested and full of energy.
Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 10.00 standard Turkish breakfast of a city hotel, everything is fresh and there is enough of everything, there are even local pastries.
My room was on the third floor with a sitting area and a terrace, there is furniture on the terrace - a sofa, two armchairs and a table, in the evening a beautiful view of the bay opens from the terrace.
All day I explored the surroundings of Bodrum and in the evening it was nice to enjoy the evening coolness in a conversation on the terrace.
After a week's stay at the hotel, only warm memories and a desire to come back again remained. The only thing I missed was the lack of a clothes dryer on the terrace."

Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant.
They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us.
The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests!
Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

Our room was beautifully appointed — comfortable, stylish, and the kind of space you genuinely don’t want to leave. The balcony made it even better, giving us a lovely spot to wind down at the end of each day.
The beach and pool area were simply stunning. Crystal-clear water, sun loungers at the ready, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed. We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else.
Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day.
What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out.
We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend.

OOzlemIt's the only hotel where I can truly enjoy a holiday. There's no hustle and bustle. It's a compact hotel with easy access to everything. The sea is wonderful when you enter from the pier. The beach side is rocky. However, the pier is facing the sea, and the pool is behind. We loved the food, and it was varied. It's a place I'd love to visit again. I recommend it to families with children. But if you're looking for entertainment, music, and evening parties, don't go; it won't meet your expectations.

Situated just a three-minute walk from the oceanfront and bustling shopping streets, Sade Pension is perfectly located. Despite its proximity to food stalls, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, the hotel maintains a tranquil atmosphere within its own garden oasis. The serene environment makes it easy to relax and unwind.
One of the standout features of Sade Pension is its friendly and outgoing staff. The owners and their team go out of their way to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. The boutique-style rooms are charmingly decorated with lots of colors, plants, and art, creating a vibrant and inviting ambiance. At night, the hotel comes alive with twinkling lights, and the garden terrace, where guests can enjoy free coffee and tea, adds to the magical atmosphere.
The breakfast buffet is a highlight, offering a clean and well-presented spread. There are two hot dishes—scrambled eggs and a sausage dish—alongside plenty of cold cuts, cereals, jams, juices, and breads. XXIAOQIANHotel location is good to find, there is a small brother at the door to help with parking, luggage, etc., but the hotel decoration style is general, but the room is still very good, there is an open-air balcony, very close to the beach, watching is a big swimming pool . The room is very soundproof and there is no loud noise. However, the hotel's other services are more general, Ctrip reservations do not include breakfast, compared to the hotel price, the price is average, but the overall environmental sanitation is very good.

MMomo235The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.

The pool head starts long before breakfast, I think in such hotels is always the same. The sea is very wave and the base is stone. I don't think it's suitable for children. ..Elena.The hotel was booked for 1 night because they were travelling. Location super, 3 minutes to the sea, in the very center, opposite the cafe, next door the SOK store building. Very beautiful yard, stylish.
The rooms are small, but everything is so conveniently arranged and everything is. You can ask for a tug on the respiratory. The room is clean. Not hot, the air conditioner has not even used, the rooms are light, not pressing. There is a parking, without it is certainly problematic, as the center, for us was also an important moment.

Mr Mustafa and Mrs Kenica at reception are very nice and helpful. Bartender Farhad is also very nice.
