"I really liked the hotel, and especially its friendly hosts, Jen and her husband, who kindly prepared breakfast at 7 am (breakfast starts at eight), and even took us to the ferry. The rooms facing the street are a little noisy, please take this into account when choosing a room. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is hot water, and the hotel has a nice, cozy courtyard. A special plus for the friendly hosts! I'll be happy to return."

"In general, I won't go again. Facilities: Here are some suggestions for the air conditioner in the room: You have to turn on the cold air conditioner to blow hot air. I was speechless. I asked the staff to see why it was not warm. He said that you have to turn on the cold air conditioner to blow hot air. I hope to give some suggestions to those who stay later. Hygiene: The breakfast is terrible and there are few choices. I don't know if there are few guests. Many heating tops are empty. It does not meet the hotel's positioning. It is not as good as a homestay. There are flies. Environment: The room is not big. I arrived at night and could not see the sea. It is halfway up the mountain. The price-performance ratio is not high. I think it is a bit worse than I expected. Service: No one helped with the luggage, and the front desk did not speak good English."

"Disadvantages: The room is relatively small, and the supporting hardware is average and meets basic needs. The sink is small and there is no desk. There is no place to store skin care products and cosmetics. The lighting is also not good, so I can’t see my face clearly with makeup on. Pros: The location is good, you can walk to the beach in five or six minutes. It takes about ten minutes to reach the castle and pier. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich and you can eat it on the rooftop, where you can see the sea. The service is very good and quite enthusiastic."

"We chose the hotel for one night and we can definitely say that the price/quality matches. The hotel is inexpensive, but old and it shows. Pros: inexpensive, clean and tidy, pleasant staff, breakfast was good, there is a bus stop nearby (sometimes minibuses stop right at the entrance to the hotel, you need to ask the staff) Cons: no toothbrushes, far from the main attractions (there are a couple nearby), shower gel and shampoo are the same, there was a feeling of dampness, our room had a window into some kind of technical room, in another room the window overlooked the courtyard"

"You can choose it without hesitation for a peaceful holiday. The beach and facilities were very nice, you feel peaceful. The rooms were clean and sufficient. The food was delicious, only the quality of the products in the bar section was low, but I think this is what you get for this price. I recommend it"

"The staff was enthusiastic, the front desk helped to set up the taxi, lifted the luggage, there was a swimming pool, the breakfast was rich in a variety of cheeses, the room was large, the bathtub was great, the refrigerator was not powered, and there was no active cleaning, Wi-Fi was not good! JJessica12Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food. Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant. They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us. The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests! Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

MMehrshad NaseriThis is a large hotel with a large amount of land space and a nice private beach. There are lots of options where you can sun bathe, given the three different pools and two piers equipped with sun-beds. We went as a couple with no kids but we believe it’s definitely one of the best resorts if you’ve got kids as there are a wide range of activities for them including water slides and kids disco. The food options are quite good, though they may start to feel a bit repetitive if you’re staying for more than a week. The staff, however, truly stand out for their warmth and hospitality. A special thanks to Gökhan, the most caring, friendly and attentive guest relations staff member and Melike, the kindest and most caring nurse, for looking after me after my hands injury. Melike did and used everything she could to make sure my hands don’t become infected and Gökhan offered us two reservations for their a la carte restaurants which was very nice of him. The entertainment team also deserves praise for their friendliness and for always recognizing familiar faces, adding a personal touch to our stay. The gym is quite nice to get some workouts done. While the rooms are fairly basic, they are spacious and offer lovely views ( the air con works quite well as well). Housekeeping could use some improvement, particularly when it comes to changing the bed sheets, which unfortunately wasn’t done daily during our stay. In addition, The music by the infinity pool could be improved either by switching to more relaxing tunes or simply lowering the volume. As it is, it doesn’t contribute to a calm or peaceful atmosphere.

Booked via Trip.com, this quirky boutique hotel truly offers a unique and delightful experience. Situated just a three-minute walk from the oceanfront and bustling shopping streets, Sade Pension is perfectly located. Despite its proximity to food stalls, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, the hotel maintains a tranquil atmosphere within its own garden oasis. The serene environment makes it easy to relax and unwind. One of the standout features of Sade Pension is its friendly and outgoing staff. The owners and their team go out of their way to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. The boutique-style rooms are charmingly decorated with lots of colors, plants, and art, creating a vibrant and inviting ambiance. At night, the hotel comes alive with twinkling lights, and the garden terrace, where guests can enjoy free coffee and tea, adds to the magical atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is a highlight, offering a clean and well-presented spread. There are two hot dishes—scrambled eggs and a sausage dish—alongside plenty of cold cuts, cereals, jams, juices, and breads. RrussianadventurerI had a generally pleasant stay at Costa Viva Bodrum. The highlight was definitely the breakfast — fresh, tasty, and with a good variety to start the day right. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything, and genuinely attentive throughout the stay. The hotel has a nice pool area, and the overall atmosphere is quite calm and relaxing. It’s mostly quiet, although you can occasionally hear the nearby mosque, which is something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. That said, the hotel is starting to show its age and would benefit from some renovation and updates. With a bit of refreshing, it could easily become an even more enjoyable place to stay. Overall, a good experience thanks to the warm service and comfortable environment.

MMomo235The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.

Drinks are available all day, although not premium the local beer was nice and the piña coladas were nice but needed more alcohol. The spa is included and the pool was quiter there and also the hamam and sauna was free. Massage was offered as additional but the price was cheap. Cons The rooms are in need of refurbishment. We had ants in our room although we never had any food or spillages My partners bracelet was missing from the room, we were never drunk and certain it was left in the room. We reported it but never had any updates back from them. No iron is provided so bring your own. The hairdryer wasnt working although they replaced it within 30mins. The beach is average I've seen worst but not the best. Wake up early if you want a sunbed next to the beach as they get taken pretty fast (no drink service at the beach either). I would say this hotel is probably a 3-4 star and not a 5 star experience.

I paid for two for 140 euros a day in early October 2025 and for that kind of money I, in principle, is not so offensive. It is more expensive. Immediately about the good - we accidentally got the best hotel room - a two -room room with two bathrooms and balconies, on the ground floor and a view of the sea (apparently there was an overbooking). ..Elena.The hotel was booked for 1 night because they were travelling. Location super, 3 minutes to the sea, in the very center, opposite the cafe, next door the SOK store building.
