One of the best home stays we have stayed at in our lives. So clean and nice and everything thought off. Ozgur our host was a remarkable gentleman who guided and took care of us every step of the way. It was just a brilliant stay. Rooms were large and perfect. Wish we had stayed longer but hopefully another time. The only issue would be the location for those without their own transport as it is away from town in the hills. But if u do have ur own transport u will not find anything as good as this in perhaps all of Türkiye. We are on a road trip and I can guarantee u will not be disappointed here. We stayed in July 2025. Hopefully they keep it this way. Fantastic breakfast freshly served and made for each guest. It just doesn’t get better. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. Our room was beautifully appointed — comfortable, stylish, and the kind of space you genuinely don’t want to leave. The balcony made it even better, giving us a lovely spot to wind down at the end of each day. The beach and pool area were simply stunning. Crystal-clear water, sun loungers at the ready, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed. We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else. Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. С точки зрения атмосферы это, наверное, лучший бюджетный отель в Турции. И в самом номере, и во дворе было очень много любопытных деталей, превращающих обычный отель в сказочное место. Когда переступаешь через порог оранжевых ворот, на которых написано наименование отеля, видишь, что стены разукрашены цветами, птичками, деревьями. Повсюду стоят вазы с растениями и разные статуэтки в виде зверей, птиц, гномиков. На колоннах висят лампы, которые вечером создают уютную атмосферу. Вечером вообще очень здорово посидеть во дворе, тем более что в конце него есть диван с подушками. Также всегда можно выпить чашечку чая (есть разный на выбор) и кофе. В номере много милых деталей. Стены также украшены наклейками в виде птиц и растений, занавески в таком же стиле. У нас была картина с экзотической птицей, зеркало в деревянной раме, деревянный шкафчик с разноцветными вешалками внутри. В ванной стоял горшочек с искусственным растением. На многих ручках и поверхностях были рисунки в виде цветов. Из удобств: две бутылки воды, две салфетки со спиртом, на столике таблички с указанием всех каналов, которые есть на телевизоре и напоминанием о завтраке и выезде, чистое постельное бельё, полотенца, гигиенический набор (мыло, шампунь, кондиционер для волос, ватные палочки). Правда предоставили только одну пару тапочек, но это не так важно. Кондиционер исправно работал, холодильник тоже был, но он нам не понадобился. К сожалению, в ванной был очень слабый напор воды, и температура плохо регулировалась. Мы останавливались на одну ночь, поэтому так и не обратили внимание персонала на эту проблему. Не знаю, актуально это только для второго номера или для всех остальных тоже. Не очень удачным нам показалось расположение номера, поскольку он был на первом этаже, и окно выходило на ресепшен. Хочется видеть красивый вид из окна, а не закрываться занавесками, но отель маленький, и только половина номеров располагается на втором этаже. Из небольшой территории стараются извлечь максимум пользы. В стоимость был включён шведский стол на завтрак. Предлагали много всего: картошку фри, омлет, варёные яйца, колбасу, сыр, овощи (помидоры, огурцы и авокадо), оливки, разные варенья, булочки, шпинат, арбуз и виноград. Также там были разные хлопья с молоком и много одноразовых добавок к хлебобулочным изделиям (сыр, джем, нутелла и т.д.). Когда мы пришли, всё было аккуратно закрыто либо крышками, либо пищевой плёнкой. Очень приятно было завтракать в таком месте. Расположение отеля отличное, он близок к пляжу и главным улицам Бодрума. В общем, уникальный отель с неповторимой атмосферой.

We stayed here with a group of friends, booking several rooms, and we all had a wonderful time! The value for money is excellent, and the location couldn't be better — right in the city centre, but surprisingly peaceful. You can even sleep with the windows open! The only thing to keep in mind is the call to prayer, as there are quite a few mosques in Turkey. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs just in case, although I personally slept perfectly well without them. One of our favourite things about the hotel was the lovely rooftop terrace with its beautiful view over the bay. We loved gathering there in the evenings to chat and enjoy each other's company. It was such a lovely spot! There's no breakfast service, but the kitchen has everything you need for a simple breakfast, including tea, a kettle, drinking water and tableware. It's quite small, so it's better suited to preparing light meals rather than cooking elaborate dishes. There's also no dishwasher, so you'll need to wash the dishes yourself. If you'd prefer to eat out, there are plenty of cafés nearby, so finding a nice spot for breakfast is easy. Our room was cosy, clean and freshly renovated. We felt comfortable there throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the owners' help in arranging an airport transfer for our whole group. It made things so much easier for us! A big thank you to the owners for their warm hospitality! We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation, great value for money and a lovely atmosphere in the heart of the city.

The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.

The hotel is a bit tired. We stayed in an apartment, which was quite large and had everything we needed. We could request dishwasher and washing machine supplies at reception, where the lady working there was very nice—a special thank you! But the furniture, plumbing, and spa area are in serious need of renovation. The breakfasts were okay, but nothing special. The location was important to us; there's probably no better hotel nearby. The spa area has a warm pool, which is nice in November because all the other open ones are either very cold or closed. We drove, and there's underground parking. The hotel is okay, but for the money, we've had better in Turkey. Perhaps after the renovations, it will be better, but we're unlikely to return if we ever return to Bodrum.

Hotel is cute and clean, location is good as well. I was not given the room i was confirmed to ( sea view) which set my relationship with the hotel management and Bodrum in general, maybe i am overreacting but after more than 7 hours travel i was expecting a welcome smile, a help with my stuff and the room I booked ( topical expectations from any hotel) none of this happened and i was given 0 directions as the management don’t speak English. With my disappointment with the room i just avoided communicating or asking about anything so my stay was like living with your parents because they provide a shelter but not getting along with them 😅. Was really sad to discover when I checked out that they do have coffee and tea to be served in the garden 🥲 Room is ok with balcony for the back side ( which was not what i booked) but other room had window on same balcony which was a bit not comfortable because sitting on my balcony will make them have the window and curtains closed (maybe not and maybe they don’t care but was not ok for me) Room have no refrigerator or boiler ( which i knew when I booked) and the toiletries mentioned as available are a liquid soap sane as the one on the sink. Again, with all that mentioned, hotel is not bad, and recommended for short stay if you don’t care about the above missings, and maybe management are nice but unfortunately I didn’t have the chance to see that. for the price they are charging, i think they need a lot of enhancements. Personally, I won’t go back there as my experience was not the best.

I would recommend 1000000☀️❤️, i love breakfast, there are many options, staffs are very friendly, swimming pool and view are amazing. Actually i have never seen clean hotel like this ❤️ and i just walked to beach for 15 minutes and city centre is near too.

Room was actually alot smaller than the images but we were ok with it. Theres a nice pool but no music and no bar service as theyre located right next to a mosque. It seems to be a sensitive thing. The manager was the main reason we had a fantastic time. He was extremely attentive to our request and our tips to make our (and other guests) stay more comfortable. He provided every help he could to us. Its a beautiful cozy tiki/santorini inspired space. I wish there were more variety in their daily breakfast. Hashbrowns, simple sunny side up eggs, simple salads, fruit platters or juices.

To be honest, the stay was okay, given the lack of complete cleanliness, whether in the room floor, bed linen, or bathroom sink. There was a very small, old-fashioned screen, and the air conditioner in the room was weak and had to be left on for a while to cool down. In addition, the main food items offered in the restaurant were limited to only two main dishes, and frankly, they were not of the expected quality. Also, the cleanliness of the eating utensils, knives, forks, and plates was very poor, showing signs of fading and rust. There was only one cleaning lady working alone to clean the rooms, which delayed her arrival to the neighboring rooms and prolonged the guests' wait. The situation was truly disgusting. However, the only positive thing was the kind way the hotel staff treated me.
