Excellent view, excellent location. You could even have a summer house-style vacation with all your gear. It's currently being renovated, so it will be even better. For the two-room apartments on the lower floor, the facing direction is important; if it faces the backyard, it might be dark.

Lugga Boutique Hotel & Beach — A Little Slice of Paradise
If you’re looking for the perfect Bodrum escape, look no further than Lugga Boutique Hotel & Beach. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right.
Our room was beautifully appointed — comfortable, stylish, and the kind of space you genuinely don’t want to leave. The balcony made it even better, giving us a lovely spot to wind down at the end of each day.
The beach and pool area were simply stunning. Crystal-clear water, sun loungers at the ready, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed. We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else.
Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day.
What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out.
We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend.
Lugga

I arrived with my 15-year-old daughter. The only location of the hotel, the near-natural equipment, the enormously fast and reliable service, the food, the sea and were simply top class. You were on the beach, had no problems with lying and sunscreens - everything was sufficiently available. The view: only green hills (as the hotel's name is already called). No other hotels are attached to each other with a view of the mass tourism. The food was indescriptably good and healthy. However, one of my favorites remains. Alone because of the natural and sole location....

The hotel is a bit tired. We stayed in an apartment, which was quite large and had everything we needed. We could request dishwasher and washing machine supplies at reception, where the lady working there was very nice—a special thank you! But the furniture, plumbing, and spa area are in serious need of renovation. The breakfasts were okay, but nothing special. The location was important to us; there's probably no better hotel nearby. The spa area has a warm pool, which is nice in November because all the other open ones are either very cold or closed. We drove, and there's underground parking. The hotel is okay, but for the money, we've had better in Turkey. Perhaps after the renovations, it will be better, but we're unlikely to return if we ever return to Bodrum.

Guest UserThis place is beautiful. The rooms are nice and kept clean. The pool area is beautiful. The beach area is beautiful. The food is good. Breakfast is included . The owner is very friendly and she will make your stay nice. She is attentive. The staff is wonderful. The bartender is amazing along with the waitstaff and the young men who maintain the grounds. I will definitely come back. The only downside was the spa/hamam was not yet open. And the hot tub was being worked on at the time.

Guest UserWE WENT RIGHT BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF JUNE SO THERE WASN’T ALOT OF PEOPLE
Good stuff: the place has amazing views, the sea the nature the beach the white and blue themed buildings, beautiful trees and flowers, the interior design is nice as well, staff are super nice and welcoming
Beach and pool were so clean and constantly maintained throughout the day.
Everything you’d need for the beach will ne provided (towels, long chairs, umbrellas …etc)
They also have some nice free activities during the day.
Breakfast was nice, wide variety of foods and drinks, we unfortunately didn’t get the all inclusive option which would’ve been better.
The lobby area is so clean and there is a beautiful terrace that you can use to chill.
They allowed us to keep our pet in the room, which is nice, but they mentioned that it’s usually not allowed even tho i have called before going and the told me that’s pets are welcomed. (Also they asked us to be in the room when the room cleaning is being done)
Bad Stuff:
The location isn’t very accessible by feet you’d have to walk a bit before reaching the point where u’d be able to take transportation to the city or just request a taxi from the hotel ( 250 TL TO CITY CENTER)
The food in the hotel is expensive (Airport Prices) we ended up ordering from outside using delivery apps, they deliver to the entrance of the hotel so you’d have to go all the way there to pick it up.
A lot of stairs but it didn’t bother us much because we didn’t have any old people or kids with us.
THE ROOM CLEANING SERVICE WAS SO BAD COMPARED TO EVERYTHING ELSE They always forget to change a few things or put extra stuff in the room( towels, bathroom stuff, sheets, iron…) the floor in the room isn’t cleaned well, basically they do below the minimum when it comes to house keeping, although you can request anything that’s missing and they’ll get it sorted.
They leave the cleaning stuff and the room essentials outside on the floor, you’d find some trash as well which is bad to see.
When you call to make a request expect a delay in response or they may even forget to fulfill it, so you’d have to go to the reception to sort it out.

Lelik1905We chose the hotel the same day, and our reservation was confirmed very quickly.
We arrived and were checked in at 2:00 PM.
The staff is very responsive and strives to make our stay comfortable.
The hotel manager, Elham, is always accommodating, paying attention to everyone, and trying to smooth over any negatives. The hotel is small but cozy—I'd say family-friendly.
The grounds are compact. The rooms are new and quiet. Cons:
We were given a room without a balcony, and we asked to change it, but it didn't work out. ((( Although the photos show a balcony, drying clothes is problematic.
There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and there's no mosquito net on the window.
The food, especially at lunch, is very poor, and there's often no choice. ((( There are no names for the dishes.
Regarding the sun loungers, everything was fine for the first two days, but then the hotel was completely full. We occupied the loungers at 7:30, and then went to bed.
The first line of the beach downstairs is public.
There is entertainment, but at the same time, there isn't any.
The female animator didn't do anything at all, she was constantly on her phone, and the guy was trying to act out something. Activities included darts, water polo, and that's all. ((( They periodically forgot to start darts. Water polo was available during the hottest part of the day; they could start at 2:00 PM (right after lunch), or at the very least, at 3:00 PM.
The hotel is a solid C-star. , 4* doesn't pull.

Not the most friendliest people. There are no elevators and no one offers to carry any luggage up or down the stairs. It’s quite a dirty looking hotel, we walked through an overflowing drain and we couldn’t see it because there were no lights. Also, there is only one person at the egg and pancake station for breakfast, so it took almost 30 minutes to get them. The snacks at 3-4pm were finished when we got there at 3:40pm. There were 2 of us in the room and they wouldn’t give us two cards. My friend came home later than me and she had to get someone to open up and they tried to come into the room with her. It was a good price for all inclusive though and it’s really close to the beach and party areas.
