I got fooled by the very high rating this place got The staff were very nice But the hotel itself was not so great The TV is completely useless, because the very few channels are all fuzzy We were there for four days and on day one I noticed a dead Roach that stayed there till we left The huge key you'll have to leave at the front desk, because it's too big to carry It reminded me of my childhood when my parents had to do that But the staff and breakfast were both very nice

Great and cozy hotel with very friendly and polite staff. The design is beautiful, and the breakfast area is very cute and pleasant. The location is excellent, it’s protected from the wind and noticeably warmer than other parts of Bodrum. The room includes a small coffee machine, as well as shower gel, shampoo, and bathrobes. The shower itself is great, and the water gets properly hot, which is not always common in touristic places. The only thing I would recommend is requesting a room on the second floor if possible when booking. The hotel is located in an old historical building, so if you stay on the first floor you may hear people walking in the rooms above.

The environment is very good, the facilities are very modern, and it is close to everything. Most importantly, the hotel owner is very considerate. I flew from Morocco but arrived one day later than the booking date due to a flight delay. At that time, Ctrip had closed the service to help communicate with the hotel. On the day of the flight delay, I communicated with the hotel owner by phone and email (you can find the contact information online). He learned about the situation and gave me a free one-day extension to check in after I arrived in Andrum. I have to give a thumbs up to the hotel for this reason.

3 star budget accommodation when you just need a base. It was clean, water was hot, aircon heat was included, kettle for tea/coffee - a nice kitchenette, large balcony, breakfast was a delicious Turkish plate with lots of tea. The location is great - 5 minutes walk to the main *****. The Best Part of the Hotel was the Family - we had a bit of a fisco with our car and they went above and beyond on a Sunday to get it fixed for us - for which we were very grateful. We will return the next time we visit maybe in the summer. Thank you Stone House Hotel for your Hospitality and assistance to us.

I really liked this hotel – it's simple but cozy, clean, and the staff are incredibly attentive. The breakfast is also basic but everything is delicious: boiled eggs, several types of olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, greens, fruits, watermelon, sausage, cheese, bread, cereals with various toppings, coffee/tea, and other small items. In the room, there was a kettle, coffee and tea bags, glasses, and spoons. The mini-fridge was small and cooled only nominally. Towels were changed approximately every 3 days, and the water pressure was inconsistent, as if it also appeared once every three days (we couldn't figure that out). There are shops and cafes nearby, and we especially liked Royal, where almost everything is tasty. The beach is a 5-minute walk, and we preferred the Satsuma beach cafe; they also have nice people and delicious food there. All the lively spots are a 10-minute walk away, and the hotel itself is quiet. A special thank you for the beach towels – we asked, and they kindly provided them. The AC worked well; you could set it to point downwards so it didn't blow directly on the bed. And yes, there are a lot of steps in the hotel :) but they helped us with our luggage. The balcony view of the sea is gorgeous. I recommend this place!

Phenomenonal stay at Roas hotel. The location is perfect, overlooking the sea. The jacuzzi room we stayed at was lovely, staff so accommodating and friendly. Serkan at the restaurant helped us find amazing tours and activities in Bodrum and even helped with getting taxis. The food at the restaurant is yummy with a large spread for breakfast. Just left the Labranda TMT hotel. What can I say, he certainly does not pull at 5 stars and close. I paid for two for 140 euros a day in early October 2025 and for that kind of money I, in principle, is not so offensive. It is more expensive. Immediately about the good - we accidentally got the best hotel room - a two -room room with two bathrooms and balconies, on the ground floor and a view of the sea (apparently there was an overbooking). The pool without heating and swim is very cold (we knew that). Water in the sea is warmer than the pool. Ponton is new, there are a lot of sun loungers, but of course almost everything in the morning is Met and occupy. SPA is one name, you should not count on it. One sauna warms up, the second room in the tile and stinks of mold. Hamam, whom I was looking forward to standing with an open door and there they will scrub and soap people for money, there is no couple at all. From the children's at the hotel, only 2 slides (work by the clock), a couple of tables in a restaurant, a non -room and miniDisko (children's food are not provided at all). We go to an important one - the hotel is ideal for vegorians! The meat can be found with great difficulty and then it will be a chicken or turkey. Once there were microde beefs in the mountain of stewed vegetables. Grill fish was overdried. Free potatoes and pasta, soda, rolls, chemical juices around the clock. I tried alcohol only beer (excellent) and white wine dry (my head fell ill). I didn’t dare anymore, I drank my proven rum. The waiters, the maids of all fellows, traditionally want money in the spa. I did not notice the animation in 4 days - only once there was charging in the pool, but very incendiary and karaoke in the evening. Music yells up to 23 hours stably, so the doors vibrate. They smoke everything and everywhere (as in the whole of Turkey). The contingent are ordinary ordinary people, more often not youth, many Poles, Germans, there are Russian ones (there were no instadards). The location is very good - we walked to the castle and back on foot. Near the hotel there is migros and shock. A taxi stand in front of the hotel. We left for the airport for 1600 lire. In general, if you are not tempted by chic hotels with seafood, animation and cocktails in the pool, then you will definitely like it.

The hotel location is excellent. Literally a minute and you are on the beach. The hotel itself is very cozy, clean. It was quiet at night. The mattress is hard, but for me this is what you need. If you choose for the future, then this is definitely the ideal option. The only thing is that the water in the shower was a bit cold for me. Great hotel, great staff, great experience! The beach is close (1 min😀). The breakfast on the terrace with a wonderful view!

Очень классное расположение - близко и к пляжу с прогулочной зоной, и к автовокзалу, откуда можно уехать в любом направлении. Завтра вроде разнообразный, но не могу сказать, что вкусный. Сам номер для непритязательных туристов: сильно уставшая сантехника, которая нуждается в замене, довольно темное освещение, из вентиляции иногда тянуло сигаретами, хотя в самом номере изначально не воняло. При всем этом в отеле есть все необходимое: гигиенические принадлежности, горячая вода, удобный матрас и подушки (для меня это было важно), чай/кофе и чайник, водичка в холодильнике, кондиционер. Территория отеля - это отдельный разговор, глаза и душа счастливы были находиться в подобном месте. Обширная зеленая территория, много растений, большой чистый бассейн. В общем, цена/качество соответствуют друг другу, на несколько ночей отлично!
