"Parking at the 3M Hotel is extremely limited; spots are almost always full. This place is essentially a motel, though they do use decent brands for toiletries, and the renovation shows a good deal of design effort, giving it a strong aesthetic. However, the bathroom renovation feels incomplete, and soundproofing is poor, both from other floors and the street. The cleanliness is alright, and the front desk service is decent, but the price is genuinely steep, probably due to the summer holiday. Over 3000 a night felt like we were just paying for the convenience of catching an early flight the next morning, with little opportunity to actually enjoy the stay. To top it off, I accidentally cut my hand on a wooden hanger provided by the hotel. When I went to the front desk, they simply gave me a new hanger to replace it. This casual handling of the situation left me feeling like they don't care about their guests' well-being. No customer care indeed…"

"When I booked the hotel, I was induced by a private bathroom. I thought there was a room. After chackin, I couldn't find the room. The staff led us to the past. It turned out to be a youth hostel. They were all bunk beds. There were 24 bunk beds in a large room. The bed is large and it is spacious for two people. Luggage should be put in a special cabinet and a password can be set. There are many rooms in the bathroom and bathroom, all very clean, there is a public space, there is a sofa and a table. We stayed at such a hostel for the first time. On the first night, the people sitting in the living room chatted very loudly, which affected the rest a little. In a small town like Jackson, more than eight or nine hundred live in such a place. Parking is not convenient, there is a public parking lot opposite, there is a time limit for parking during the day, and parking spaces are tight at night."

"Extremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didn’t happen and wasn’t acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests."

"The detached cottage is quite nice and quiet overall. It has an induction cooker, private bathroom, and private parking space. One minor issue is that the sink is a bit small. The service is excellent; whether you call or contact the front desk, they quickly send someone to help. The price is a little high, but understandable at this time of year, and relatively good value for money."

"- Convenient location 3 min walk from Target and food options. No elevator to second floor though. - Very clean room and bathroom (looks like a new establishment). Although size is small but it is more than enough. - Kitchenette included. Air con / heater functioning well. Only issue is doesn’t come with hairdryer unless requested from front desk. - Door requires alittle push to lock. 1 of 2 keycards were not working Nonetheless, surprisingly enjoyable stay."
