"To take the free bus shuttle to the hotel, after the luggage is extracted on the first floor, the elevator goes up to the second floor and turns left across the bridge, and then goes downstairs on the left hand side, which is the bus waiting point. Each hotel bus is different, with white, red, yellow and green colors, and several shared buses. This must be confirmed by phone with the hotel in advance. Make an appointment for the bus to the airport tomorrow or later after arriving at the hotel."

"The service is decent and attentive. The location is a central component to my daily travel and I am able to make quicker freeway travels in many directions. Currently no meals being served due to Covid-19. An the staff, is very direct and aggressive when it comes to safety and moving cautiously during this time of great challenge and hardships. "Due to flight delay, I arrived at the airport at 2am, but the hotel front desk service was very poor. The shuttle bus is shared with other hotels, but I called 3 times and they couldn't tell me clearly which bus I should take. They even hung up the phone casually. In the end, I had to take a taxi myself. The hair dryer in the room was broken. I couldn't blow dry my hair after washing it at 3:30am. It was too bad."
