Gran Cavancha Hotel & Apartment

When we arrived at the Hotel Ibis, we were not given the rooms which we h ad reserved. Both of us couples were given different rooms for which we each paid. When we arrived home I realized that we had paid twice for out rooms. I contacted trips.com and spoke to a gentleman who assured me that I would receive a refund for the $236.60 for the rooms which I had reserved. I have still not received that refund. I would appreciate it if you would send me a refund. Thank you. *********** 207 Hurt St,**** Atlanta,*** 30307 ***********2 **********************

I was in my room with the ingress of a stranger while I was preparing to sleep. The person who was in charge at the night in the lobby, made a mistake and gave a card entitled to my piece to another passenger who came in. No one approached me after the fact to confirm if I was okay. I was closed in the bathroom shouting for help, no one came. Even when the passenger who made the ingress returned to the lobby to tell him what happened (without me know anything even because he was closed thinking there was a criminal in my piece), The room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very
Hilton Garden Inn Iquique

While the location is good and the staff are friendly, there were too many issues to give them a better rating or to recommend this hotel. First, we checked in and got to our room and had no wifi. After 90 minutes of the “technician” playing with his and our phones, it was decided there was a technical problem and the WiFi worked every where except inside the room…it even worked in the hall outside our door! When we were relocated, no assistance was offered. Maid service was not good. Each day we had to call for items that should have been there (e.g., toilet paper, towels, etc.). Breakfast was ok, but the food in the restaurant for dinner was awful. There really must be something better.

Very satisfied with a stay experience, it can be said that the 26-day Chile trip has the best service: The front desk told me that I can eat at the restaurant listed on the hotel's QR code with the room card. The meal fee can be counted into my membership card and points (of course not Trip.com card). It is very convenient to practice. After eating steak, the restaurant does not need me to sign and turn around to leave. The trust between each other is full! The hotel's free breakfast is very rich! I gave me the highest floor room with corner glass windows, and the sea view was unobstructed! Too satisfied, stayed for another day

I booked this hotel for my honeymoon 2 weeks in advance thinking I had made the right choice; clearly I was wrong. I will start with the good stuff: the room was clean. Now the bad: Our room had the shower door broken, so water would flood the bathroom. We booked a sea view room, which was more expensive, but the window was dirty from the inside and outside. The A/C was busted and I complained the moment I got in, but no one came to fix it or apologized. The bar had no decent drinks aside from standard Stoli and a standard Beefeater. No tonic water, which is a no-no. I asked them to go and buy and they said they had ”procedures to follow” and couldn't. Overall the hotel was very dirty in places that could have clearly been well cleaned with ease (like the elevator which had sticky glue and dust). I went to the front desk and expressed all this, and I still got no one to fix the A/C, buy tonic water or give me any kind of apology or compensation, not even a late checkout on Sunday because our flight was at 7 PM and it was our honeymoon and I bought the whole trip as a package at a travel agent (Viajes Falabella). Stay away from this place.
