AHG Atlas Hotel Taksim

Taksim Istanbul|2.88km from Şark han
I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

Mest Hotel Istanbul Sirkeci

We had a wonderful stay at the Mest Hotel and it was a fantastic location too. Our room was super clean and spacious too. The cleaner was such a lovely individual whom we thank a lot for their fantastic housekeeping. The staff were very attentive and so helpful whenever we needed anything. Particularly, we would like to thank Samed, Yunus, Sumeyye and the Technical personnel for making our stay very memorable. Also, a special thank you to Fatih for his guest relations and for giving us some great advice on navigating the city. Whenever we requested anything from reception, it was provided very quickly. The breakfast was brilliant, so much variety and the quality of the food was delicious and we had some breathtaking views of the Yeni Mosque in the mornings. The location itself was excellent, the hotel is tucked within a busy area of markets and bustle but no noise would come into the room. The hotel is also within walking distance of Sultanahmet, however, the hotel location itself had great shopping and dining options too. There were also bus and tram links nearby but I would recommend walking as much as you can to experience the city. I would HIGHLY recommend his hotel for anyone who is a first time visitor or like us who have come a few times. Very much looking forward to coming again and thank you to all the wonderful staff that made our stay so pleasant!

The hotel has just opened. As a location, in a great area. It is very suitable for public transport vehicles. I have 24 hours of reception service. The best hotel I have stayed in this area! Workers are laughing and interested. I recommend this hotel in the heart of the Fatih area. You can see the Egyptian market from the window of your room. Thank you! :)

This boutique hotel located right in the heart of the old city is a hidden gem. It used to be a bank that was refurbished into a beautiful boutique hotel. The location is walkable to most tourist areas in the old city. A small door to small looking building opens into a suprisingly beautiful lobby. The staff was fantastic - and treated me like royalty. Marriott status got me upgraded to a top floor suite - which was amazing with the round bedroom surrounded by windows and balconies with great views. Room was very spacious. Great views of the city, the Bosphorous and more. The bed was super comfortable, and everything in the room was top notch. The breakfast (served in the lobby) was sumptuous, and the restaurant had great food as well.

Sadly I only stayed in this elegant hotel for one night on my return home from an extended month in Europe. It is comfortable and very well located. My only quibble is the view from my balcony was not exactly beautiful as I stared straight into the ramshackle roof of a neighbourly building. The bar on the top floor is a must with a gorgeous view of the vibrant Bosporus. What really makes this place special is the warmth and sincerity of the staff. Rarely do I highlight individuals but Valeria on the front desk is a rich asset. She is friendly and hospitable to all and makes everyone feel welcome. So five stars for the hotel and six for Valeria!

As the location and location of the hotel, it was close to the historical places (Egyptian bazaar, Sultanahmet mosque, Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia), cafes, public transportation vehicles, The staff at the reception were friendly, The rooms were clean, the TVs in the rooms were above the hotel average, the breakfast menu had a lot of variety , the hotel was a complete family hotel, we were glad to have tea and coffee service at the reception at certain hours, It was a hotel above our expectations. Thank you ALTINBOYNUZ FAMİLY Family :) I recommend it to everyone😊

The room is nice, but it has an internal window, which makes it feel stuffy, so the laundry was dried overnight. Overall, it is very good. I particularly recommend the restaurant on the roof. The view is really good, and you can enjoy the sunrise there. and sunset.
