Disgusting hotel! Disgusting service! The room is dirty! When we arrived to check in, everything was dirty and smelled of damp inside! The shower didn't work! The TV didn't work properly! To which the only employee who sat at the reception said that they do not have room cleaning, and that if anything happens, he will clean himself. When asked about the broken shower, he said he would change it himself. I wonder how he would do it and why everything wasn’t done in advance?! When asked to cancel, the owner of the “hotel” simply refused and blocked me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

I have visited all four corners of the world and have never been so disappointed. Location: The hotel is very poorly located, it is located in the middle of a very dangerous Syrian refugee neighborhood filled with garbage and rubble. The hotel : Access to our room while carrying a medium suitcase is very difficult, the room is very dirty inside; cockroaches wandering around in the middle of the day; unprotected electrical wires, intense smell of mold. A loud noise day and night in the neighborhood. Reception: the agent does not speak any language apart from his mother tongue, his outfit is not designed to welcome customers. Bedding: When we arrived we noticed that the bed had not even been changed; hairs were present on the bed. Moreover, as soon as I called expdia to complain about the catastrophic state of our room the agent had stopped we changed the bedding and towels. Indoor kitchen: The kitchen areas are invaded by small brown cockroaches; which completely demoralized me throughout the stay. *******: I made the complaint for the concerned service of ******* but no positive feedback was given to us. our honeymoon was honestly transformed into a real nigh**are
