We were not checked in on the expected day, although the hotel had been paid for in advance. We arrived from the plane in the evening, came to the hotel, and they told us there were no rooms. As a result, we spent 1 night in another hotel and only thanks to the manager we moved. It is not clear whose mistake was, but the residue remains.

We loved our room on the 8th floor, with balcony and sea view. It was very clean, with daily cleaning, and except for a noisy guest one night, was very quiet, even with the restaurant above us and being centrally located. There was pleanty of choice at breakfast, with the staff, especially Mohammad, Ahmet and Samir being very helpful and friendly. It was lovely to be able to sit out on the rooftop terrace to have your morning coffee. All the sights are easily reached on foot or public transport, which is very good. The staff are always willing to help and advise. A special mention for Farukh, the Hotel Manager, who went out of his way to phone us to give directions to the hotel, and was available for help throughout our stay. The warmth of the staff and Farukh made our first visit to Istanbul very special.

a small hotel in a picturesque neighborhood. The street traffic is limited so it is quiet, hotel to hotel, small shops, fruit stalls and restaurants everywhere. Rooms very clean, comfortable, air conditioned, staff very friendly, I would like to point out the chef in the restaurant who warned us that the terrace is very windy and fresh at night and brought a blanket ... freshly squeezed orange juice ... exchange office on the ground floor ... of particular interest are the seagulls during breakfast watching to steal a bite from a plate🙂

It was amazing! The staff was extremely welcoming and nice. Hotel was clean and the breakfast terrace had amazing views. Will definitely be coming back to Ephesus Hotel.

The staff here was amazing!
Big thank you to manager Faruk and worker Ömer who were very helpful to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were greeted with a warm welcome.
The breakfast area/terrace was nice and the choice was good. We were very glad to be able to order room service when needed.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days. Everything was amazing!!! Service, staff! Nutrition. Problems were resolved immediately. We had a very early check-out. So they fed us in the restaurant at 05:50!!! As they said: “no problem”!!! Call a taxi...from the hotel...and also call a taxi to the hotel!!!! back! All you need to do is call the reception!!!!!! They will call you and call you back, tell you what the taxi number is, and then they will call you back and clarify: “is everything okay and did you get into the car.” Cleaning is great! Purely! Every day! And this is 4! It’s just that now we are in Antalya in the 5th, and the cleaning leaves much to be desired!!! The view from the restaurant on the 9th floor is a dream!!!!!
