I never thought I would live the worst hotel experience of my life, right in Istanbul. If you want to flagellate yourself and experience one of the worst situations on a trip, be sure to visit this terrifying hotel. If you are afraid of not hearing the alarm clock and you need to get up early, don't worry, there is a discotheque on the ground floor and on the top floor that, at the same time, operate with music at full volume, leaving you deaf and feeling all the vibration of the bass of the music, all over the walls will make you feel alive, awake (stay calm, it's not an earthquake) It's dirty (filthy), all the wallpaper is stained and coming off the walls, the carpets smell bad and have paint everywhere, my room was on the penultimate floor next to the kitchen. Since the afternoon the smell of food was present in the room (fried) and the worst thing is that they didn't even offer you a canapé in compensation haha. The horrible bathroom with the sink broken with a paste that was put in for leaks that looked like a crushed squid (very unpleasant). They turn off the elevator at 10 until 12 to force restaurant customers to go down stairs and not damage it. They compensated us by changing the room to the first floor, but the noise problem continued and the vibration was the same in the PB nightclub. The guys at the reception DO NOT speak a word of English and I was only able to understand that they were giving me 1 extra hour after check out for the problems caused. It's a shame that they allow this hotel to operate and deceive people with fake photos. Intermediary apps have to be held responsible and the worst thing is that I see that Tripadvisor does it too.
