酒店很臟，前台態度惡劣，上次入住，早餐吃了還拉肚子。
這是一個騙子酒店，大家不要入住。留的地址跟入住入住不一樣
大雨中找了10幾分鐘才找到，而且定的雙床房，非要給大床房，如果酒店沒有雙床房了也行，問題有雙床房不給，要我加錢，是一個騙子酒店，避開這家。

設施很舊，甚至有點兒老破舊，位置就在廣場附近。機場大巴車到達，按照google導航繞了一大圈才找到的。

Идеальное месторасположение, средние по размерам номера, но ужасный гул моторов от вентиляции, окна были во двор, спать не возможно даже при закрытых окнах. Попросила поменять, поменяли через час на тоже самое только на 2 этажа выше. Номера очень чистые. Техника вся поломанная, телевизор без пульта, фен царя гороха.

Amazing service but when I told them my window is not closing they put duct tape on it and it worked (somehow) and the internet kept stopping and even when it doesn’t stop you need to be infront of your door or just outside of your room so it can work, what I am trying to say is that their range of internet isn’t good and their elevator is very tight and small, so small that when someone is in the elevator he closes it on us so it doesn’t get too close. But there are some other good things like the food at room 9, it is amazing one of the best breakfasts i had in turkey, and the location of the hotel is very nice, definitely a must, I am coming here again next time in turkey (with an internet)

Looked at the rooms on line which looked very nice and airy so booked an economy double. The photos on the website showed a room with a window however we arrived late night and found our allocated room was an interior with no natural light. Next day I requested a move to a room with a window. I was told a window room would cost another 50 euros per night on top of the 60 per night we had paid. I complained that our room was not as described on the website but my concerns were ignored. 10 nights in a room with no natural light is no fun.

Great location, In heart of Taksim Square, Breakfast is good at top floor with beautiful view, reception people are very welcome. The room was good, spacious enough, but first floor was so noisy, was celebrating 100 years of Republic.
