Had a great experience staying here, clean rooms, nice and helpful staff, breakfasts with plenty of options to choose and really vibey neighborhood with all that a visitor needs. Absolutely worth a return back, and so close to park with a sea view!

The hotel room on the first floor very good for me so I didn't have much to travel by lift.Room clean and staff very responsive.my suitcase padlock failed to work guy came opened in a flash.he also disconnected the USB that was humming.The free tea coffee as per standard free bottles of water but humming sound from fridge annoying.its the fan so in theory could have switched the mini bar off.At night the room seemed to develop a smoke smell which i assume is from previous occupants.i am very susceptible to smoke and constant coughing was not good.could not allow fresh air in so put on air con.bed very comfy but pillows a bit too full to.allow my head to immerse in them.The free sauna was very good and the staff excellent especially after locked my clothes in and could reopen.The swimming pool was not that big BUT it was not warm so no way I was swimming.The woman in charge of the dining area was very friendly beautiful smile and spoke good English and was very helpful.i met her yesterday and she helped me find a place to buy Turkish sweets which I will try to do today.oops I saw a small window to open in room.yippee fresh air can get in.its a very nice hotel and not far from public train use.ptice wise it's probably a little too expensive for my usual but it's 5* here I'm use to 3*.hope my comments bode well for those who are looking to use the free night offered by Turkish airlines currently but be aware that when i asked for shuttle to airport quoted 60 euros.im going to see if the similar bus service I got in sultanhamet is available through here basically it goes to various pick up points to take guests to airport

We loved the hotel a lot! The room we are staying in is very spacious and clean, the room service is great ! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We will be glad to come back here again) The food is exceptional, a wide range of everything you need for a healthy and active life. Haven’t checked the SPA yet:)

We stayed there for two nights via Turkish Airlines Stopover program. It was a pleasant surprise that they gave us a suite. A previous business class traveler appeared to be not so lucky; I assume it depends on the availability. The checking-in was effortless. Erol at the front desk was courteous and helpful. He carried our luggage to the room and gave us a thorough orientation of the room and hotel. We were quite impressed by him. The female employee seemed to be overly enthusiastic about helping us to book a shuttle back to the airport. This hotel is located in a nice residential area but it is very close to two upscale malls with food court. You can hear some street traffic but it was quiet at night. Bus stops are definitely walkable. However, if your main interest is to visit the old city, you need to be prepared for the traffic during the rush hours. After visited the crowded old city, we were glad we stayed at this place. The room is spacious with an enjoyable view. It has some updates but it also shows minor signs of normal wear and tear. Overall, it was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The varieties and quality of the food and service were beyond of our expectations. It was one of the highlights of the day. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay at this hotel if we visit Istanbul again.
