La Cielo Suites Bostanci

Great little hotel, perfect location as we got the early ferry to Adalar the next day.

I was really pleased with the staff who were welcoming and friendly. I asked for room service and received it. The hotel doesn't offer meals aside for breakfast but you can ask the staff to order which is convenient. I ate so I was ok. The rooms were spacious, two sliding doors on either side of the room. The air con was set at 24 which was a bit on the warm side. The bed was comfy, their is a sofa in the room with a table, which is very practical.

This hotel is near the Marmara sea. Within 10 min walk, there is the metro line Marmaray that allows easy access to downtown Istanbul, and ferryboat lines to visit the Prince's Islands. It's very quiet and nicely located

We had a sea view which was excellent, however the room was simply too small , it was a club room which should have been big.. we changed hotel the next day

The staff was really friendly. However, this is not a hotel by any standard. There is no lobby, the elevator can barely fit two people, and the rooms are very small that you can get stuck in the bathrooms.

We had one room upgraded and the second room down graded. The AC was not working in our room at all but was very clean room and very nice area!

Küçük ama tatlı bir butik hotel, balkonu ve manzarası güzel, çiftlerin tercih edebileceği bir yer, oda biraz dardı, bir de otopark yeri yok başka sokaklar da bulmak zorundasınız onun haricinde ***et iyi.

otelin yeri güzeldi. marmaray'a ve iskeleye çok yakın, sakin, sessiz, güvenli bir bölge. kaldığımız oda temizdi. personel güleryüzlü ve nazikti. fakat yeni bir otel olmasına rağmen, tamir edilmesi gereken çok fazla şey vardı. kaldığımız odanın kilidi bozuktu. karttan olduğunu zannedip iki defa resepsiyona götürdük. ama yine düzelmedi, ikisinde de kapıyı ite kaka zorla açtık. lavabonun altındaki dolabın kapağı kırıktı. televizyonun altındaki sehpa, kırılıp yapıştırılmıştı ama yine de tuhaf görünüyordu. tuvalet kağıdı tutacağının vidası çıktığı için tuvalet kağıdı düşüyordu. su sıcaklığı da en son dereceye getirmemize rağmen, iki gün birbirinden tamamen farklıydı. en kötüsü de gece 3:20'de iki defa telefon çaldı, uyanıp açtık ama ses gelmedi. o saatten sonra da iki saat uyuyamadık, halbuki ertesi gün uçağımız vardı. sabah sorduğumuzda telefonların bozuk olduğunu ve başka bir odada kalan misafiri sahur için uyandırmak isterlerken, yanlışlıkla bizi aradıklarını öğrendik. yani diğer oda arandığında, bizim telefon çalıyormuş. bu bahsettiğim şeyler bir iki tamirci getirip bir günde çözülebilecek basit sorunlar, ama hepsi bir araya geldiğinde maalesef seyahat deneyimini kötü yönde etkiliyor. yani kısacası personel, konum ve temizlikle ilgili sorun yok, ama otelde tamir gerektiren pek çok şey var.
