Yekta is number one and very helpful and really he is perfect for the Hospitality industry. at the breakfast Dinner, you will be welcomed by the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Mr.Tansu with a gentle smile and welcome you. as well as the Food & Beverage Manager Mr. Onour will be waiting for you at the Restaurant Entrance to welcome you with a Charming Smile. At last, I must say the Door Man Mr. Hassan will never let you carry anything he takes it from you and delivers it to your room very quickly with a smile. Ojan the Guest Service Agent, goes out of the way to help you and meets you with a charming Smile. I must say my stay at Sheraton Istanbul was perfect and the team made perfect and they treat you like family. I would recommend it to all for Business & Leisure. The hotel location is a bit far from the local attractions, but we used UBER a lot and it was not very expensive and very easy to get a car. Around the hotel you will find many restaurants and shopping malls. Housekeeping attendants very professional and our room was cleaned on a daily basis and replenished with bathroom amenities, water bottles, coffee and tea. We were offered breakfast every morning beautiful variety of many options. I would certainly recommend this property for the open space of the main lobby area and hotel cleanliness.

The breakfast was enough and varied.It doesn't seem very uncommon in the hours on the street where the hotel is, but I did not experience a problem.It's clear that I have a recommendation to those who come with his car; the closed floor parking of the municipality on the street just before the hotel arrives. You can leave your vehicle with comfort in your presence, the streets around the hotel are very narrow and parks are difficult to find. If you are a gentleman of sleep like me, it is useful to choose the next streets when you choose your room. You can be very disturbed by the sounds that came over the night. Free Wi-Fi wasn't bad he saw my job.
