ホテルに関しては夕食以外満足のいくところでした。ただ、ウォータープールが半分以上営業中止でしたので楽しみだったプールが大分混雑していて不満の残る結果でした。

コロナ前は毎年行っていたがコロナ禍になり4年ぶりに行きました。以前はホテルのフロントでスライダー券が購入できたができなくなったとのこと。また、チェックアウト後に荷物預かりサービスがあったが車で来てる客は預かれないので車で保管するようにと言われました。ビュッフェは明らかに冷凍食品やインスタントだと分かるものばかりでローストビーフ以外は美味しくなかったです。ドアマンのような存在の女性従業員の態度もあまりよくなく、あれ？こんなホテルだったっけ？とがっかりしました。あと、ホテルとは関係ありませんがハワイアンズのプールは裸足ゾーンと下足ゾーンが曖昧で、設備も古く清掃も十分ではなく汚かったです。

部屋が広くてゆったりと過ごせました。 モノリスタワーはお勧めです。 館内着（兼パジャマ）があるので都度着替えなくて良かったのも楽でした。 別棟での フラガールショー・ファイヤーショーは素晴らしかったです。 お土産物店は遅くまでやっていますが、ショーが終ったらお客さんが殺到するようで会計に時間がかかるようです。ゆっくり品定めするなら早めに買い物を済ませるほうが良いのかも。 露天風呂「江戸情話与市」には身体を洗う所が無いですので浸かるのみ。 プロジェクションマッピングの内容は期待外れかな。 ブッフェの食事内容はとても良かったです。 スタッフも皆さん親切で気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。 また来たいと思う素晴らしいホテルです。
