The room was very dry, and the facilities were decent. Although it had some history, the materials were good, with marble floors throughout. The buffet was good, but the selection was somewhat limited.

The hotel is very large and has a private beach, making it a great place for a vacation.

The hotel is very nice and everything is accessible, the staff is very attentive, I would stay again and I highly recommend it.

Regarding the service, cleanliness, treatment, they were very good. However, the pools were not so pleasant due to the design and the variety of food in the buffets.

la atención del personal malisima tienen muy malos modos de desde los del recepción los meseros no se diga parece q te hacen un favor te cobran la propina sin preguntarte,los colchones de las habitaciones muy viejos te sientas y te hundes horribles,el servibar no servía se hecho a perder la leche del bebé y para acabarla me salió una cucaracha en el baño rentamos 3 habitaciones y en todas fue el mismo tema
