The hotel is very nice and everything is accessible, the staff is very attentive, I would stay again and I highly recommend it.

Regarding the service, cleanliness, trea**ent, they were very good. However, the pools were not so pleasant due to the design and the variety of food in the buffets.

I love all!!!

The property is stunning! But the layout and amount of stairs is like having a workout every time you want to swim in the pool or eat. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The property, beach and all areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean and well maintained.

The architecture of resort is great as is the privacy of it's location. The breakfasts and lunches are not good.

Excellent hotel! The staff was friendly, accommodating and spoke English very well. The room was well kept, clean and the view was amazing. The food was excellent. We would certainly recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at this property three times over the last 15 years. It is very clean and has a beautiful private beach. we have always had the all inclusive package but found that this time it was a little confusing. Pre-Covid everything was included with the exception of maybe one or two food items. Now it seems there has been many things such as top shelf, liquor, beer choices, not available with the all inclusive package. There was still plenty to choose from, but we just found this very different. We also felt they need to be more clear on what type of food they offer in the Bella Vista restaurant (every day there is a main buffet focus such as bbq, international, etc which we only found out about on day 4 of our visit) and more communicative on when they have special dinners (there was a huge Mexican dinner in the garden on Friday night, which we thought was a private event but later found out it was for all hotel guests). If we had known these things, we would have planned our sitdown dinners differently. So we suggest better communication upon checking in All in all the value is there for the money when comparing dinner, and drink prices with Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa restaurants and bars.

This is the way all hotels should be. Beautiful and quiet, with stone paths leading through the jungle to a group of pools on four different levels. A beach elevator goes to a beach that has waves as big as Hawaii. Watch the stars all night because the high walls around your patio block out light pollution. I don't know what else I could ask for.

The one negative about this beautiful property was the steps to get to the beach which were stone and sometimes hard to maneuver.

The location of the Hotel can't be beat with a private Beach and easy access(elevators to the Beach.) We didn't do "All Inclusive" but we ate Breakfast there every day. We also had Lunch there a couple of times and the food was excellent! The Staff are very friendly and efficient. We will stay there again!

The view at this hotel is amazing it is my second time staying there and I’ve got to say it’s one of my favorite places to stay when I’m in Ixtapa. I did the all inclusive option this time and the food options were delicious we mainly did buffet and it never disappointed.

Awesome beach. Great option for families. Lunch and dinner were great. Breakfast buffet was just ok. Staff is friendly and willing to help.

Incredible views, beautiful grounds, nice pool, nice beach. Location between Ixtapa and Zihua. Easy access to either.
