"As of July 11th, the hotel was undergoing renovations, so I couldn't use the breakfast service. They offered a bento box instead, but apparently, you need to request it at least 2 days in advance. Like most Japanese hotels, the room was small, and it was hard to move around once I opened my large suitcase. There were hairs in the bathtub, which made me deduct two stars for cleanliness. The staff were all friendly, but I was aware there was a welcome drink, and they didn't offer it to me. On the first-floor lobby, there are free amenities and a drink vending machine. The location is absolutely fantastic. However, the soundproofing isn't great. If you talk a little loudly, you can hear everything."

"Having access to a private hot spring in our room, and even a bedrock bath, everything was convenient and perfect for families with children. It was more than enough. While we would have liked to visit the nearby hot springs if they were closer, we were perfectly satisfied with just the room. The breakfast had a good variety of dishes, and we were able to eat a hearty meal. We would definitely like to stay here again on our next trip."

The location is convenient, with easy access to JR Matsuyama Station, trams, and major attractions like Matsuyama Castle and Dogo Onsen. My room was larger than I expected for Japan, clean, and comfortable. The staff were helpful and check-in was smooth. The hotel has useful amenities such as Wi-Fi and self-service laundry, which are great for solo travelers. Breakfast was very good, with a good variety of Japanese and Western options. Overall, it's a good-value hotel and an excellent base for exploring Matsuyama. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who visit the city."

"Great location, quiet at night, but easy access to both the JR Matsuyama station and the City station. Close to lots of shops and restaurants and a short tram ride away from Dogo Onsen. Staff were friendly and helped organise my luggage transfer. I didn’t really enjoy breakfast but it was included. My room was much bigger than I expected."
