Maxxmarine Hotel

We found this hotel by chance when my wife and I were looking for a family hotel (from Google reviews), and we were extremely pleased with it. We were also happy with its central location, the lack of parking problems, its cleanliness, its suitability for families, and the friendly and helpful approach of Mr. Yasin and Mr. Ömer. The price you pay for accommodation and the service you receive in return are extremely affordable. We felt like we were at home. It will definitely be our first choice for our next business and private trips.

The hotel is still under construction and was really not ready to welcome customers. Nothing was on point. Moreover, in the whole hotel there were only one or two customers and us. The hotel is located in a popular area. The rooms are not clean, we were cold, no heating for the evening and no airco for the day (not yet functional) no blanket or duvet just plain sheets, no bottles of water. We constantly had to ask for towels or toilet paper, ... At first, we waited because they told us that the work would be finished in 1 or 2 days. As my friend had to have surgery and I was going to sleep with her in the hospital for 2 nights, we thought that when we got back, there would be a change. The room was not cleaned, trash not emptied, ... I'm sorry for the hotel staff who were nice but I have to be honest with future travellers. As soon as we got back from the hospital, we left the hotel first thing in the morning for another.

Unfortunately it was a disappoin**ent. I'm surprised how it got 8 points.

Merkezi, çalışanlar çok pozitif, her giriş çıkışımızda bir ihtiyacınız var mı diye sordular. Odalar temiz.

Karşılma ve güler tüz cok güzeldi. Otelin konforu ve temizligi hoşumuza gitti.mutlaka gitmenizi tavsiye ederim. Ulaşım cok kolay rahat bir gece geçirmeniz için sakin bir otel. Biz cok memnun kaldık. Temizlik ve hijjen konusunda tereddüt etmeyin.
